I was looking forward to this hat because of the positive reviews and never owned a North Face hat. Unfortunately, quality control is the issue, the right side of the hat has a little bit extra fabric and looks awkward on my head.

Low grade material. Store purchase of gray/black hat. Discoloration after one wear! I mailed to NF and hat was returned, not exchanged. Poor quality materials.

Cheap quality, ruined after two weeks of wear. Has completely discolored. Never seen such a bad product by north face. I took to warranty and they denied it
