I used this hat for a trail in Yosemite National Park. This hat, which blocks the sun in style, was awesome. I'm really glad I bought this hat.

Great hat! Lightweight, packable, and washable. The wide brim shielded my face from the sun and stood up to the wind on a sailboat, while the cord protected the hat from blowing off in strong gusts. I'd highly recommend this hat.

I am a full time surveyor so need some good protection and this hat has absolutely saved me!! Brim is extremely protective and not too big, hat is extremely light and doesn't get too hot

Wore this hat for a 4 day through hike and it performed great. Keep the sun off my head and sweat out of my eyes. Only complaint was the hat lost its shape under heavy rain, but that's what shell jackets are for, and the flexibility allows the hat to be thrown in a pack when not being worn. When I got back from my hike I purchased a second hat in case i were ever to lose the first. Pun very much intended, hats off to the North face for giving us all such an amazing product.

Nice hat on sunny hot days and nice to wear during rainy day.

We live in Florida so most outings require sun protection. We frequent theme parks and I bought this for my husband. He said it is the most comfortable and cooling hat he has ever worn.

Awesome gift for my Dad since he is a hat guy, this was his first brimmer hat and I was considering buying him the bucket hat but this caught my eyes and was glad I got this instead because he loved it!
