My son loves these pants but I wish they were reinforced in the knees as we have 3 pair and all of them have holes in the knees. I don't think he's that rough with them either so would like to see a bit better manufacturing from LLBean (I expected more!)

Good Quality fit and finish is more suitable to boys than girls

These pants were not up to LL Bean quality. Soon after wearing there was piling in the knees. Disappointed in quality for the price. Wish for the old LL Bean to return. I'm willing to pay for quality I can trust.

much too big and baggy

I've bought several pairs of these pants over the years and they were always great. However, the last 2 pairs that I purchased got holes in them from very light wear (both in the knees). Seems like they are not as well made as they used to be. Disappointing particularly given the price.

My son really likes the pants, enough that I bought a 2nd in blue after the first in black. However, the crotch seam on the first pair burst open after less than a month of occasional wear. So far the second pair have not had a similar issue.

These seemed cheap and not high quality. Not substantial enough for winter weather where we live.

My son loves these pants and I was bummed when the pair I bought him a few months earlier had holes in the knee. I re ordered and not one month later this set now also have holes. Very upset and trying to figure out how to get my money back. I love LL Bean but these seems to be made too thing

These are very nice; soft; zippered sides for easy shoe removal. But they don't last. Our son put a hole in the knee in less than two hours. And that ironclad LLBEan warranty is no more. Sad. A waste of $35.

Just got these and they seem super warm. However, the fit on all three of my kids is just weird. The waist goes all the way up past their belly button and is really Pucci in the stomach area. For my seven-year-old. I ordered a 6X7, he is a small kiddo. It seem to fit my youngest the best. My nine and 11-year-old who are about the same size both fit in the 10. However the sizing chart is also off. My son who measured as a size 16 with his waist measurement is actually a size 10. However, even with the size 10 the waist , height and amount of fabric in the stomach area is just off.

I hate to write this because my son LOVEs there, bought in Feb and its the end of March and there are holes in the seat! They havent worn well as all. they were expensive, i bought a size too big so he would have them next year but they have hardly last 2 months. So disappointing. i couldnt recommend them for that reason. probably cheaper fabric than i would expect. Not durable. My kids doesnt generally have whole in his pants,( my younger son YES but not my eldest!)

At first I and my son loved it so much. Comfortable and warm. However after just one week now it pills terribly. Too low quality for the price. Tried to share the photo of the pants but it was bot possible. Now I have to start to find a nice winter pants for my son again.

We've tried a few pairs of these pants and every single one has ended with holes in the knees. Some only after a few times wearing. All of them have had holes by month 2. Holes in the knees are not returnable either so beware. It would be nice if LL Bean could do something to reinforce the knees for this type of pant because they fit nice on our slim son and he really likes them...holes and all!

My son is quite tall, and the legs of these pants were long enough to cover his entire foot, down to the toes.
