Great jacket. Serves its purpose really well. The tie on the bottom is a little weird but overall a great product

I origianlly bought this mens jacket because the womens looked too short. However, the measurements according to the charts were all wrong...hips too small and sleeves too long. I returned it.

Overall this jacket is great.
One thing I don't quite like is the elastic cord at the waist (bottom of the jacket). It is just too long and will be dangling... kinda annoying

Bought this for my husband to replace another North Face rain jacket that he lost. It's very similar to his old one and he likes it a lot in terms of the coverage it provides, however he finds the strings at the bottom very annoying. He wishes there was some way to tuck them so they're not hanging down all the time. Great jacket otherwise

Comfortable and nice look, but I don't like the shoe lace string at the bottom of jacket.

5'10, 35" chest, 30" waist. Bought a small, jacket has about 4 inches of extra chest space. Drawcord at hem is absurdly long when pulled/tightened/cinched requiring a knot. Zippers are small, occasionally catches inner flap with noticeable zipper bulge at the lower chest upper stomach. Half mesh inner design allows for breathability. Single Velcro inner pocket on the left side can fit a 3.5x6.5 phone.

I've recently ordered a new rain jacket. This is the 2nd time I've had to send the jacket for an exchange, and I fear I need to do so a 3rd time because the latest jacket seems to be very loose and too big. The fit is definitely different than the previous versions. And why did they change from an embroidered symbol to an IRON-ON one??

Jacket was perfect except I got a size too big. I have sent a return and plan to order a smaller size yet it has been almost a month and the return has not been completed.

Great for a light rain jacket - does the job! However its been a few years since I've purchased one from North Face and NF seemed to have cut corners. The North Face logo is now like an "iron on" as opposed to an embroidered look and the draw string at the bottom of the rain jacket is shoe lace-like, and super long. You will have a lot of lace hanging in the front which looks awkward. They have done away with the Spring cord lock end stoppers at the hood and the bottom of the jacket.

Very nice quility jacket. The color in the photo is a little misleading from the color of the actual jacket.

Just a little thick/heaving for my liking as a rain jacket.

Purchased XXL and these newer jackets run a little smaller than previous versions. If you're on the bigger side and have a belly, I'd recommend going a size up in order to comfortably zip up the jacket.

There are 7 pictures with this rain hoodie. 2 out of the 7 show the model wearing a sweatshirt hoodie. I called to ask if this was included and the call taker did not know and could not find out. So what am I purchasing, two pieces or one?

No idea how good the jacket is - the bait and switch tactic used on the website was enough for me! Showing the sale price, then selling it at retail is unscrupulous. Won't be back! EVER!

This is like wearing thin paper. I returned it immediately. The return policy is horrendous if you order online. You won't get credited until FedEx drives it to California. Which took 2 weeks. Not worth the hassle

I received this jacket as a warranty replacement and am extremely disappointed with the jacket and North Face for even sending it to me; it's not even close to what I had previously and sent in for repair due to interior lining issues. This might be the worst jacket North Face has ever made.
