I really wanted to love these but they were just too tight and narrow across the top of my foot and my toe area, and I don't have wide feet. I wish they fit more comfortably because they're really cute.

My stars reflect the fact that these shoes run big. I could not get a feel for comfort or overall value. Nice material and style.

I am on day 7 of wearing these shoes. They were stiff and uncomfortable at first and they are starting to break in a bit. I feel like they’re never going to feel totally comfortable. As others have commented, the top of the shoe is oddly long and thin. I really really hope the leather breaks in to be a worn-in, comfortable nice leather loafer.

Tight in the toe and loose in the heal. Such a weird fit

Very cute shoes but I am usually a 7.5 in all shoes and these were a bit tight.

While the length and width were true, the shoe is very tight across the top of the arch, and tight in the toe box. Very uncomfortable. The leather is not of the quality I would expect for the price.

Opening the package, I was so excited for these shoes. Although the box had a hole through the lid, the shoes were undamaged. Quality - leather and sole seemed on par with other loafers at that price. Very stiff, but I figured the leather would mold to you foot over time. Typically, I'm a size 9, 9.5, or a 10 and standard width depending on brand. I ordered a 10 after reading the reviews. The shoes were at least the length of an 11, as I had several inches of empty space in the toe, and the width was uncomfortably tight at the cross band. I still wanted to love them. Clearly too big, but I couldn't even think of exchanging for another size, because the back of the shoe was very high up the heel towards the ankle with a narrowing that would rub and pinch the achilles area. Trying them on we joked they were a cross between witch and clown shoes.

It's the perfect loafer but at this price I wish it had just a bit of arch support. The shoe is structured so you don't really feel it's missing. They are well made but the leather does look more like a vegan leather which I guess can be attributed to the "environmentally friendly" processing of the leather. I just hope it doesn't crack or peel over time.

These shoes are kind of cool looking in a stylized, mannish way for women. However they are BIG and HEAVY.

Heel rubbed on the sides, and foot slipped out too much.

I so wanted these to work. However, they just didn’t fit quite right. A half size bigger is on back order for months so it was a pass. The soles were a little stiffer than I had hoped and the toe bed was too narrow.

My size 9, slightly narrow foot felt squeezed and uncomfortable in this shoe, and the leather was very hard and unyielding. Couldn't wait to get them off my feet and back in the box!

I can’t even begin to tell you how badly these tore up my *narrow* feet. I have terrible blisters on my heels, and my little toes that have been there over a week-I can barely even put on my regular tennis shoes. Super bummed because they’re cute and came on recommendation of a popular fashion influencer.

They were very narrow at the toes plus my heels pulled out when I walked. Very disappointing.

Narrow fit and the right shoe appears to be defective, curving slightly to the right (it almost looks like a left shoe). I'm disappointed because they are very pretty and appear to be well made.

These are super cute, but dang, I don't consider myself having a wide foot, but I could barely get these on. Going back, unfortunately.

First ordered an 8.5, but it was sloppy big, so exchanged for an 8, which was a good length, but very tight across the balls of my feet. I was disappointed at the lack of sole and arch support. Almost like the leather footbed was placed directly over the shoe sole, with a very flat surface, no cush or arch support. Love the style, but can't justify keeping them if they are uncomfortable.

These are really cute…and SO uncomfortable. I couldn’t even stand to walk around the house in them they were so stiff, and I don’t think it’s just a matter of breaking them in. I found them to be true to size.

These are beautiful looking, but so painfully uncomfortable.

Much narrower than expected and I got a medium! Had to return it, unfortunately.

These fit strange. I normally always wear an 8.5 in Madewell shoes and I own a lot of Madewell shoes. I ordered an 8.5 from Madewell and they were literally falling off of my foot, slipping when I walked and just looked sloppy even with socks. Madewell was sold out of the size 8, and they are cute loafers, so I found them on here and ordered them. They fit perfect length wise but were very tight across my foot- and I've never considered myself to have wide feet. The 8.5's were also gaping. I don't know if its poor quality control or just these shoes don't agree with my feet, but they didn't work for me. Additionally, with the Zappos pair they arrived in a plain cardboard box and appeared worn- none of the extra stuffing and wrapping and box like new shoes usually do. For shoes costing over $150 I'd expect them to arrive nicely. Very disappointing.

This shoe seemed way more narrow and short than it was supposed to be. I am a size 10. Could not even get my foot in the 10 regular.

Unfortunately this shoe fit like a 6 and not a 5, much longer than anticipated and so heel floated in and out of shoe with walking, no way to fudge sizing with bulky socks due to the width (quite narrow) which is unfortunate as stylistically was really what i was looking for. If you have long narrow feet this is the shoe for you.
