The wide is not wide. Its quite narrow

The toe box was flatter than I needed. It needed to have more height to fit with my orthotics.

These are the most uncomfortable footwear. I purchased these last week wore them for the first time today and I am regretting every purchasing them. 1: Purchased my normal wide width but these are too wide!!!!! They run wide! My feet look like a Monsters feet in these! 2:Back of sneakers rubs against Achillies! I’ve never had shoes blister on Achilles, or my heels! I now have two very painful blisters on my Achilles because of the sneakers! 3: Purchased 1/2 bigger, because it said the run small. Well they do, even the half size bigger feels small! I wish I can return them, but I wore them! By far the worst pair of New Balance I ever owned!

I wanted so bad to love these because they are adorable, exactly the style I wanted, but the shoe is weirdly shallow over the toes? Not a problem with other NB shoes--sizing up did not correct the issue.

I have had such a hard time finding a great fitting pair of new balance lately. I love the look of these, they are even more adorable in person than online. Unfortunately they were a half size too small, plus the back part kept poking my ankle and therefore felt uncomfortable. I really hoped they’d work for me, as they truly are absolutely freaking adorable.

This is a beautiful shoe. When Zappos received my size I snatched it up. All my athletics are NEW BALANCE. The shoe keeps your foot upright. Plenty of toe room. Here comes the BUT.....the foot slides to the front when you walk. Continuously. And NO, the size is not too large. And so, I ordered a pair of what I already have from the New Balance outlet store. I wear size 12 shoes and it’s seems to be a chore to find a tennis shoe that fits. These New Balance shoes fit just right. I especially like the feel and comfort around my ankle area.

These NB fresh foam Roav v2 are the first and last I will buy. They are short and narrow, I'll stick with the Vongo & 880's as long as they are available.

I don’t know if you can tell from the pictures but the back of the shoe has this really tall really sharp edge that juts up into your ankle. I found them almost unwearable. I put them on and took them right off

I wear a size 10.5. I got size up 11 felt much better...

What to expect from New Balance shoe. Very comfy, easy to get on. Walked 6+ miles in them in one day as Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha, NE. The shoe didn’t rub or hurt my feet.

It was not the fit or size that was the problem but the design of the tongue (which is attached at the bottom, so hard to slip into the shoe). The laces also do not tighten up easily--again, a design issue. I used to like New Balance but doubt I will buy another pair because of these problems

Looks nice but it runs small and very narrow. The footbed didn’t feel flat. They would definitely not be comfortable for any extended wear.

First order a 9.5, exchanged for a 10. Still felt off in fit. Very narrow and heel comes very high and fits weird.

These were surprisingly small for NB. Returned

Have to return these: got the wides but one of the shoes kept digging into the inside of my foot to the point it caused pain.

If you are looking for a lightweight shoe, try this one. Sadly I wear an 11 wide they are more than white enough but the 11 rubs the top of my toe. And no insulation it’s like walking on a rock they are going back.

These shoes are the most uncomfortable shoes I ever wore. The Pull Tab is way to large they make scratches on my ankle. I feel pain in every single step I do with these shoes. I will never recommend someone to buy this. There is so many better models but this one.

Great shoe. Pretty too.
