I always buy my shoes online and every pair always fits, no matter who I buy from. these were supposed to be a size 8 medium. I could not get my foot in there no matter what. I would need a size, who knows...lol. I would suggest to order half to full size larger for this model. Maybe mine were marked wrong, who knows. Good looking shoe though. I sent mine back, of course. I will try a different model next time. Nothing negative in any other way since I did not have a chance to try them out.

I was excited to finally find a carbon plate super shoe that comes in wide, however I would caution folks with wider feet that this shoe does run small (esp in the toebox). I wasn't able to buy the wide from my local running store so I ordered online in my normal size, first run gave me the worst blisters I'e had in awhile. Trying to stretch out the toebox, hopefully that will work. Otherwise it's an expensive gamble, try to get fitted/buy from your local running store if possible to avoid my pain.

I'm a solid one-hour-run girl and I enjoy the bounce of these shoesalmost too much! The unfortunate part is the material around the ankle. I have to use a thick insole to get my ankle bones away from the shoe collar.

Not sure if the shoe is defective but there is a hard structure on the heal of the shoe that turns and pokes my ankle bone. Particularly badly on my left foot. I wanted to love these shoes as the comfort of the cushioning was fabulous. Could not finish my 5 mile run as they rubbed and poked my ankle:(. Returning them.

these have great shock absorption unfortunately the opening cuts into my ankles. After about a mile you kind of get used to it but it still hurts. The cushiony, however, is superb.

The sole is VERY soft - to the point where the shoe feels unstable. I wanted to love this shoe, but back it goes…

Close but no cigar. This shoe runs short, I’m a size 12 and my toe is at the top. Had to return, will try a men’s shoe. Love the sole but NO arch support, you will need an insert.

This could be a perfect trainer- if only it didn't jab into my foot just below the an ankle bone. I can't walk in these shoes. I stuff a glove or headband into the top of the show to buffer the spot where these rub until I start my run. Then the jabbing gets better but dang, New Balance, you were so close to a perfect shoe-if only!

I guess this could be a great shoe who likes a more firmer cushion shoe. This is not for me. I really wanted to like the shoe but it was a little to stiff for me. I ordered the wide and it felt a little snug width wise. I love the thickness of the shoe but it's just a little to firm for me.

These shoes were uncomfortable from the get go and continued to become more uncomfortable the longer I ran in them. Tight around the ankle, in general there is just something off about these. Sent them back.

I was excited to get the shoes, but when I tried them on they were too tight even in a wide width. I returned them and reordered in size larger. They fit however the material around the ankles caused a blister. I returned the second pair

These shoes are defective. The inner ankle collar rubs against the bones of the foot like a bra underwire sticking out. I couldn't even walk in these shoes, let alone attempt to run.

they are really comfy on the soles dont get me wrong. however, the bone on my ankles brushes against the sides of the shoe and it scratched my skin and made me bleed. i do wear socks too. ive never had this issue with any other shoe and i cant return since ive already worn it. i also sized up by two compared to my normal size.

First of all, I was really looking forward to these shoes. All the descriptions were just what I wanted to hear. Unfortunately the shoes doesn't fit my feet well at all. I tried a total of ten runs and it seems they have gotten more uncomfortable. There is a an extra piece of something on the inside of the heel cup and that just hits my lateral ankle the wrong way. The pressure builds and builds. On the last run I tried I went about a block before I decided to turn around. Bummer, they looked like they were going to be perfect.

The sides of the shoe are too high and cut the bottom of my ankle bone on both sides. Too bad as otherwise it's a nice shoe.

Love the actual feel of the shoe, but the area around the ankle is just too stiff and rubs/hits my ankle and causing a lot of pain/skin rubbing off. Tried to wear them a few times to see if I could break them in but no better. Unfortunately, I am left with a shoe I can't even wear.

I will be returning these, the width is not really a D width. If you wear a D width in Hoka Ones this is almost a full inch narrower.

I bought the shoe, 1 day shipping.... took 4 days to ship.....was sent the wrong size and gender lol. Called customer service.... she was LIT up... literally so high.. so I ended up returning the shoe my self without customer service And bought them from a third party. The shoe is loud when walking and normal when running. I like the shoe.. a little unstable but you adapt to it. Rocker in the shoe feels good. 15 mile run easy pace felt easy on the legs hips back

Bought these since they didn't have Leratos anymore avail. Training for my next marathon I have always worn new balance. The leratos I last bought in March after 2 10 mile runs the stiching on the sides came out from the sole. Thought these would be a good change but these ones are similar in that they're falling apart already after one week. Stinks because they fit great and feel great just aren't made to last more than a week.

I had ordered this shoe last fall and really like them, in bright pink. I thought this shoe would be the same, but its really loose in the heel area and just feels wider and sloppy. Not happy at all.

Yes, cushy outsoles but ouchy on the ankle bootie collars. They've gone too minimal with padding in this shoe. There is only a hard boning sewn on around the ankle collar with no padding. Also the ankle collar sits higher up than other shoes and I could already feel pain and rubbing. Deal breaker unfortunately. Oddly, another SuperComp shoe, the Pacer's ankle collar sits lower and is nicely padded which was comfortable for me.
