These shoes were always comfortable but the soles didn't last but 6 months. That was a total waste for someone who only walks 4-5 times per week.

Hoping they bring back the original 880s. These shoes felt hard and like my feet weren't really in them. Short shoe laces.

I always order new balance and have had previous versions of this shoe. This version had less cushioning and it is cut a little small for my normal size. I used them for running and kickboxing and my feet started hurting right away. I would not recommend this shoe.

If I wear a size 9 New Balance Sneaker, then I should be able to buy another size 9 New Balance Sneaker and have it fit me. It's very annoying and time-consuming to return the shoe and order a wider one. At LEAST make it clear when ordering that this specific shoe runs narrow. i appreciate the return process being VERY smooth and easy.

I have been buying the Fresh Foam shoes for years always in the same size, womens 10W. This latest pair is much more narrow and smaller. I compared them to my previous version. I like a roomy toe box, I think it's better for foot health. This version squished my toes together and I know they would be uncomfortable over long term wearing and all the walking I do. I will return them.

I had to return the sneaker because the fit was too tight

The 880V11 had more support. It was $197, but much better. I kept the v12, but I am not happy with the support.

I don't know why you had to change my favorite shoe but it is too narrow, too short, the tongue is terrible, and the laces are too short.

Product was returned because it was short and big toe was bumping the front of the shoe. I was trying to wear a regular width when I need a 2A. Wish you made more shoes in z narrow width

I am a huge fan of the 1080's v11 but need them in a navy color. Since those weren't available I tried these. I don't like them. Wore them 2 days in a row and my feet killed both days and the following day.

I run/walk in these shoes. They're a bit pricey but I get those because I can get a narrow size with in them. But I have found the bottoms of the outside of the shoes Can we are down in one months time! Way too expensive for a shoe they only last a month!

Love the shoe, hate that the laces are TOO SHORT to comfortably tie a bow that stays tied. Laces 3" shorter than NB running shoes purchased couple years ago. Annoying to have to find new laces because no one sells the size/color I need. New Balance does not sell or provide laces so customer satisfaction is not going to happen with this issue.

The shoes has been having quality issues for the past few years. This shoe was tight and was poorly made -- terrible fabric and construction.

Looks fine, saw previous good reviews, but gives me bad pain in my heels. My Addidas, ASICS, Nikes and other shoes don't do that. Wish I could return.

I love the fresh foam shoe but the Fresh Foam X 880v12 is definitely not as comfortable as the prior one. The tongue is way too high and when I walk it rubs in a way that is uncomfortable. The shoe is also narrow.

With a size 13 AA shoe size, there are few options. This shoe isn't one of them. Too short. Was returned the day after I received them. It took 14 days to receive a refund. Way too long when you need the $$$ to purchase a different pair.

I always buy the 880 but this version is different. The size is smaller and the sole allows for more movement than previous versions. My plantars fasciitis flared up again after wearing these.
