Comfy for every day use, not really the best for 8+ hours on your feet.

I'm a little disappointed in my purchase. The shoes are absolutely beautiful--I got the lilac color--and they look fantastic on, but they run tight and small. I tried to break them in for a few days but they're causing blisters and now I'm noticing there's little support for the balls of my feet, so when I work out, it's starting to hurt. I wish they carried them in-store so I could easily exchange them for a larger size instead of the hassle of shipping them back.

I love this show, the 880v12, I have another pair in blue which are great. The black though have soooo much extra padding in the heel area that they are not comfortable. I am going to return these. The sizing is normal, but with all the extra padding they push your foot forward. This is the second pair of black that I bought. I returned the first as the padding was just too much and I thought it was a defect. The second pair is the same. Very disappointed as I really want a pair of black shoes.

Bought this pair for my daughter. She is currently wearing the 1080 which she loves. She has always fit comfortably in a size 10 in New Balance shoes. Runs small. Her toes are at the very end of the shoe. Exchanging/returning for a 10.5.

I loved the shoe itself, but it wasn't wide enough. I have "duck feet" so I need extra wide sizing. It still felt a little tight, so I had to return them. Still waiting on my refund though!

I usually buy the 990s with no issues. This shoe runs small. Too uncomfortable to wear.

I wear a 9 in other New Balance shoes and bought a 9 in these and I wish that I had bought a 9 1/2. There is not a new balance store near my home so I wish that they would get more consistency in their sizing.

I use this shoe for lots of walking and am glad it comes in extra wide. One problem: one of the shoe laces was so short it could barely be tiedweird and important!

Great look. Not as comfy as previous style. Multiple pairs of NB 880 line worn daily as a busy home care RN. I can walk, run, climb stairs and maneuver different terrain. Always get compliments on my shoes and buy 1/2 size up.

I bought size 6.5 of Fresh Foam X 1080v12 and Fresh Foam X 880v12. the 1080v12 ones fit right, but this one is a bit short at the front. I really like the color but too bad, they didn't fit that well. have to return them.

I have arch problems and this shoe seem to work well but after walking a mile the right foot started to feel pain in arch area and toe area. Will still try again because new balance shoes do have great arch support like the 990's. Probably will wear short periods of time for awhile. New balance stands behind their products so I will continue with them.

Shoe runs small and shoestrings are very short. The shoe itself is comfortable on the soles of my feet.

The pair I bought w880 .. the picture looks like they were mint green, jade and white but. They are actually mint, jade and gray ... not very appealing and are bring returned

I'm not a runner, more walking and working out. Size 9N in decades of new balance shoes, but this model (like a few other models in recent years), runs slightly short, so I returned for 1/2 size longer. I also note that tho the heal is narrow enough, the front (toe box?) is quite wide. My foot slides side to side even with the narrow width. So if you're a narrow width, consider an alternate model. I wish NB would get better at their size consistency across models. I never used to have problems.

This is an awesome color! These are my 1st pair of 880's. These are stiffer and my preference is the 1080. Great overall

I ordered extra wide and when I received them they were just wide. I had to return because they did not fit. I did love the color of the shoes. Had they been in extra wide I would have kept them. It was a disappointment

Work shoe-nurse. Thought they were black so a little disappointed there. Have others of same style but these are a little stiff. Hoping they soften up.

I love New Balance. These shoes have a comfy sole, but tge length is a but short. My toes hit the end which has not been a problem with this same model in the past. My toes hurt after wearing. Another issue I have is with the shoe laces which are super short. The other complaints for shoe length and lace length have merit. Plan accordingly.

Was so excited about these shoes, but they run very small I'm normally an 8.5 I ordered a 9, and wore them for one run and they felt horribly small! wish I would have ordered a 9.5. Now stuck with small shoes!
