I sent them back over three weeks ago and am still waiting for refund.

They are not very comfortable. Cool colors. Need better padding and arch support

Attractive, good support, pretty color combination. Toe box cut too tight on top for an effective tennis shoe for me.

Bought these sneakers. Returned them back. They run small and narrow.

These shoes are definitely not what I thought they would be. There is no comfort to them. I bought them to wear to work but there is no way I could do 12 hours in them. So disappointed!

It's a great looking shoe. But size wise too narrow even in a wide. I wish new balance and other shoe companies made wide shoes that are truly wide. Women who have wide feet deserve nice looking shoes too!

I usually wear an 8.5 but this felt more like a 7!!! Runs extremely small!

More narrow than NB other style that I own. I had to return these. What a bummer.

I loved the shoe but they run small and narrow. I usually wear 10 regular in the running shoe which are great because they are cut a little wider than other brands. I didn't read the comments about the trainer running small, so I ordered 10 regular. My big toe was at the front edge of the shoe, and the shoe was very snug on the sides. I have learned over the years that my running shoes should fit on day 1 and should not have to be broken in, and I expect the same from all my shoes. I returned these trainers with the intention of ordering 10.5 wide, but that size isn't currently available.

I ordered a 10W because the reviews said to size up, but they are smaller than the 9s I wear. I'd recommend going up 1.5-2 sizes.

I was looking forward to them coming. The base of the shoe strings before the toes really constricts. It's too compressed. This is the 2nd time I've tried new balance since 2018 and something about them since then has changed and not for the better. Very disappointing.

I use the shoes for everyday activities. I wear a special insole so I need wide shoes. I ordered them but they are not wide enough. I am trying to make them wider with a shoe enlarger. I can't return them because I threw away the box to soon.

These are so unbelievably narrow, the wide width was the same size as nikes normal width. Still haven't received my refund when the were returned 7 days ago.

These shoes are not as described at all. I ordered a 11 Wide and they are definitely not wide. I had another shoe same size in wide that fit perfect so this shoe obviously not made for wide as described.

I generally fit into New Balance shoes comfortably. These shoes are NOT a wide fit, at all.

I am very surprised and disappointed in these shoes. I have had many pairs of New Balance tennis shoes and while these were supposedly the same size they were significantly shorter and cut differently. In addition, the soles wore out in less than 2 months. Really poor quality.

Total waste of money. The soles were worn flat within 2 months and not that many hours of play. Embarrassing that they put a tennis players name on these and yet they probably shouldn't touch concrete

Although these shoes are listed under tennis and the box states that they are hard court tennis shoes. Beware! They are training shoes and are NOT hard court tennis shoes. The local pro stopped me and was very concerned about using these shoes on court. Unstable foot and poor tread. Not safe for playing tennis.
