I thought I was going to get a slip on type shoe instead of one that is hard to put on even with a shoe horn. There should be a tab on the heel, otherwise the shoes are useless.

Too snug around my ankles. I want to be able to slip my feet into shoes without bending.
I need good arch support, narrow heel width, wide toe area as I have a severe problem with callouses.
Because I need a 10.5, I may need to purchase more than one style to try for fit.
