Wanted something with pull strings and small so this was perfect. The latch that goes over the pull strings is a bit of a pain to take off but should be fine after you break it in. I only wish it had a water bottle holder on the outside but then again it has a pocket for a "waterbag" or whatever they are called (sorry I'm a rookie hiker). Fits my wallet, phone, keys, 3 16.9 oz water bottles, my thermal and a windbreaker with some room for pants/shorts. Definitely no room for shoes but like I said I'm a rookie hikeri don't get technical with layers. Oh and of course room for snacks for the top.

The size is a little small, but it's perfect for real life use. And the weight is very light.

I thought the size would be a little small, but it's perfect for everyday use. And the weight is very light.

Seems nice lightweight pack for day hikes. Would light to see on better price. Not sure how it will stand against any sharp objects in pack. Would like to see double wall at bottom or some extra support

Great lightweight backpack for shorter hikes or even to put shorts/shirt/running shoes in

I've owned this backpack for a while now. This is a great backpack for having on around the city, or bringing somewhere for the weekend. If you're looking for a backpack for school, this may not be what you're looking for. It does fit a MacBook Air, but can be a squeeze, if you have books. The breathable straps come in VERY clutch as sometimes with other backpacks, it can get a bit hot after wearing after a while. THIS BACKPACK IS AMAZINGGGGG BUT DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT A BACKPACK WITH LOTS OF SPACE.

Bought a few weeks back as an every day back and maybe for a bag for flights. Holds my 13" Mac in there just fine and is comfy and light. Great colour way too! Nice zip pouch at the back to hold some separate things likes keys, wallet etc too.

Perfect size for a commuter bag, fits all your nuggets. Can confirm you can take a number 2 while wearing it.

I tried out the Heliad 10 and 15. Size difference is minimal but functionality is better on the 15. I found the cinch closure on the 10 to be cumbersome. The flap that goes over the cinch is difficult to secure with the snap hook. The 15 is much simpler with the zipper. The rear stash pocket on the 10 only extends about half way down the pack. On the 15 is goes the full length. The footprint of the packs is roughly the same. The 15 is just thicker when fully stuffed. I can't think of an application where the 10 would excel. Just get the 15. It makes for a great extra stash pack when you need a light backpack for a day trip.

I was excited for another 10 liter pack since to me, the Aerios 10 fell short with only one compartment (yes it has an inside one but it's too small to be useful to me).
The Heliad 10 has a large main pocket and a smaller one, both easy to get into. I'm not crazy about cinch strings and that's what the Heliad 10 has for the top, main large pocket rather than a zipper which is what I prefer. If you don't mind cinch strings, get it. I love the size but I returned it. I'd rather have all access be via zippers.

I'm a fan of arteryx so i was really disappointed with the Heliad 10 and returned it
Both my wife and I spent a long time trying to undo the clip at the top without success so we could not evaluate the inside at all
Told arcteryx this but they did not seem interested
If the clip was faulty I would not put up with the awful opening
Thought about the Heliad 15 but they only had the pink so didn't bother
Overall poor experience

I struggle to open/close the big compartment with the hook on top which is inconvenient. This product would be much more better with a zipper for the big compartment and perhaps a waterbottle compartment on the side. Overall, it fit a lot though.
