Customer Reviews New Balance Classics Made in USA 990v6

This shoe should not belong to the 990 line, there is no arch support and they have reduced the cushion in the front of the shoe. I have worn 990's for many years and purchase them at least two times a year. This shoe is not an upgrade over the previous 990, instead it's a downgrade. I will be purchasing the 990v4 instead.

I've been wearing the USA Made 900 series in size 10.5 for almost 3 decades. This model is the worst. Shoes were 1/2 size larger and more narrow than my 993. Also, the materials used do not feel as lux as previous models (outer sole, laces). The construction of the heel and upper doesn't feel as solid as previous models.

there was a hump in right shoe in the toe area

The heel is shorter than the 990v4 and 5’s that i have purchased in the past, the shoe also seems cheaper made i have had several small pieces falling off the treads
