Need the old hat back please. I gave this a try despite reviews and the reviews were right. I came here to buy an another of the new version but i just can't do it.

No where near as good as the old one. One the the important parts of brand management is listening to customer feedback. Arctyrx needs to go back to the old design as many customers have urged them to. The new design is cheap and flimsy.

This hat is nowhere near as well made or comfortable as the previous model. I have a larger than average sized cranium so its easy to notice differences in hats and the last model was 10/10, style, comfort, appearance etc. This new model doesnt meet any of those qualities, too bad. Agree with other reviewers in that "why cant companies leave some things the way they are?" Don't need to reinvent the wheel....or hat in this case

The previous trucker hat version was way better than this. This new version is bulky, the look doesn't provide a good snug fit and looks very weird when put on - really don't like it and miss the older version which was perfect! Please bring it back!

I bought the old one probably 3 years ago and looooved it. Wish I bought more in different colours back then because I've lived in it. I read the reviews on the new one and they were negative but I went in to try it on and they were true. The new one feels cheap and balloons somehow.

This new hat does not fit my large head even on the biggest setting. the foam feels cheap and the snap back feels very weak. I don't love the style or fit at all compared to the original. I completely wore out 3 of the previous versions of the trucker hats. it was the Best hat I've ever owned. I hate leaving a low review like this on Acrteryx. your customer service is always the absolute best. Its first time I've thought a product of yours was subpar. I understand your business is about innovation and progression but this was a step back. The reviews look almost 50/50 split between 5stars and 1star. I am willing to bet the 5 star reviews never had the chance to buy the original hat. There is obviously a large market for the original hat. please please tell the design team to bring back the original!!!!!

I own the old style cap and wanted a new one, this new style feels cheap and doesn't fit right. Why change an already awesome design? Please bring back the old design in new colours.

Looking to replace the original version with another, however this new version is sub par and I did not buy it after trying it on in the store. Please bring the old version back and I'll happily buy more!

The hat has too much depth, feels like an overbearing bucket on the head. Not comfortable like the original version. The inside lacks comfortable padding around the circumference of the head. The older original version was a better build and fit. Please bring the Original version. Overall, I wouldn't purchase this product until improvements are addressed.

Anyone that likes the new hat clearly has not had the version before. way cheaper stitch and materials on this current model.

It was time to replace my five year old Arcteryx trucker cap and I thought I was buying the same cap, but sadly I wasn't. The bowl is way too tall now and it's collapsing. It's not comfortable to wear. It doesn't have any soft padding oaround the edge. I like the orange color that I picked, but that's about all I can say of positive things.

Bought the revision after loosing the unrevised trucker hat, massive let down. It fits very similar to a hipster 5 panel hat, i wouldn't recommend buying unless you're into a low profile hipster hat, but if you want a trucker style hat that actually fits like one this is not the hat for you, hopefully they bring back the old style

I've been wearing Arteryx truckers for years. It's my go to daily hat. I was extremely disappointed when they went to the quick dry material a few years back. I wish they just made two versions. I grew to like the prior version for outdoor and water activities and now they change it again. This version is the worst of all. Crappy fit and just feels off. I will never buy an arteryx hat again.

I bought the solitude color hoping for a white hat as is pictured. Turns out it's actually a mid level gray/silver? Looks like it should be a part of a pest control uniform. Returned that, well tried to. Their online return form is not only lengthy but glitchy so I had to call them during business hours. Finally got that returned; haven't seen my refund yet. ordered black and they sent it in a polymailer so the brim is broken in half, permanently creased. Will be sending that back as well. Done trying! Arc'teryx, ship hats with brims in boxes, not 24x24 polymailers with no protection.

As you can see from the picture, my original version of the cap is starting to wear from use and was hoping to replace it. I loved the tough, stylish crown of the cap, the bend of the bill, the quality of material, and the way the hat fits. I am very disappointed with the changes made to the revised version. The new version has a floppy crown that does not hold shape, and feels like a cap you might get for free from a trade show. The brim seems okay, but the fit is really awkward. I usually wear size 7 1/8 and with the original cap the snap back would be flush or one larger. With the new cap I have to have the snaps 1-2 smaller that the snapback which creates odd wrinkles in the back and just feels unrefined. The quality all together feels "cheap", I would gladly pay more if necessary for the originally design but will not pay the same price for lesser quality. I do not normally write reviews for stuff like this, just return it and move on. But when a quality brand I love starts to cut corners, I feel like I need to point it out to management to hopefully get back on the right track. If a PR person responds to this, could you please let me know if there is any intention to return to the original design. Thanks, Jacob

I bought this 'Revised' version to replace my older style trucker cap. When I am wearing that cap, I remind myself of Beldar Conehead as it makes my head look 3" taller than it is. It's almost like an English Policeman's hat but with a peak, hilarious! Please, please bring back the original style and get rid of this one.

Loved the design and color, an easy go to hat. When i got it and tried it on, it looks like i work at hot dog on a stick. The hat literally sticks up above my head a solid 2.5-3 inches and i have a normal sized head i would say. I wear a 7 1/8th in fitted hats if that says anything. Design is cool and construction is nice, but the fit is so far off. I wouldn't be caught dead wearing this in public.

Not nearly as nice as the original trucker hats. I've purchased 4 or 5 since they were my favorite hats I've yet to try, so pretty disappointed in the changes made. Hoping the original product returns this year

Agree with the previous reviews regarding the shape and fit. This version seems and feels like much lower quality and will not retain its shape while worn compared to the previous model. It looks odd while wearing. Bought one and have to return now. I much prefer the previous version and was fortunate enough to purchase a few extras of colors I already own to have for backup. Sorry Arc'teryx, this one is a miss.
