I was excited for this show, but then when I received was a disappointment. For a wide shoe, it was so tight. I returned it the next day.

I currently have 5 pairs of NB shoes that I wear on a regular basis. All are 14 W. This pair actually made my feet ache and hurt. I can't wear them. I Contacted NB with no reply. These run VERY small.

I've purchased many NB over the years and this shoe has to be the smallest and tighest ever. Wear 9.5 2E and it felt like 9 (or less ) Narrow. Not sure why but consistent with other reviews. Had to return otherwise might be a nice shoe.

You sent me a mens shoe, even though I ordered a women’s shoe. I am returning the shoe, but I don’t feel comfortable reordering the shoe from Zappos. The women’s shoe model number should start with a W, not an M. Zappos needs to get their business in order.

I have another pair of new balance shoes size 8-1/2 so that’s why I ordered this size. It is at least 1 size too large. I should have ordered 7-1/2

Shocked at how tight these were across mid foot. Thought New Balance was striving for more room and comfort, especially on a non-technical show like this. My Hoka's of similar, which I was trying to replace, are light years better fit
