I'm old(er), so I'm a walker. These are very comfortable shoes. As I have a bunion on one foot, I need wide to extra wide. I bought a 12 extra wide, and it fits well. I do wish that New Balance and other manufacturers had more wide and extra wide shoes available. As people age, I think especially larger people (I'm 6'2" and 200 lbs), their feet often need a wider shoe. Most shoe companies seem to have narrowed their shoes down, and I think they are missing a large demographic, those who need a wider shoe---and just walk.

These were a gift for a friend who has bad feet. She hasn't tried New Balance before. I chose the 880's due to her arches and on her feet all day. She loved them so much she ordered a couple more pairs. Her feet don't hurt and most of all her arches feel great. Plus she loved the color selection!

Have been dealing with plantar fasciitis. Support has been great

It's for daily wear and runs. Have been using these neutral shoes for over 15 years. Best thing my feet could ask for.

I previously had the 880v11 and the v12 is far superior in cushioning and I love the way they look. Great job New Balance, I'm very happy with my purchase.

I love my new shoes! I work as an operating room nurse and I'm on my feet for long days. My calves were aching in the evenings. I wear orthotics and new balance shoes were recommended from the doctor who prescribed the orthotics. I've tried saucony and asics but new balance have worked the best for me. Thanks Shelly

This pair replaces my New Balance 860 which were also great. The 880v12 are even more comfortable and great for running and everyday use. I read reviews saying to buy a larger size but I found these shoes to be true to size.

I have an extra wide foot with a very low arch. This series of shoes has been the only shoes to consistently fit me year after year with my low arch. Many sneakers have too much arch support for me. I return year-after-year buying the same series without disappointment. New generation padding did force me up one half size with version 12. I did an effortless return in store for an online purchase. The shipped replacement to me at no charge. Great customer service experience online and in store

Just picked up 2 pairs to start breaking in for the Boston Marathon 2023! I have always run in 880 v(all of them), and absolutely love the comfort and feel they have to offer for all my 28 marathons!

These are excellent shoes. I use them mainly for dance fit and work. Foot bed is wide and stable and are worth every Penny! Great colors given! This will not be my last purchase! I would recommend to family and friends

I'm 74 years old and walk 3.5 - 4.0 miles every morning. These are the most comfortable athletic shoes I've owned. I had to change from D width to EE because the D width ones have become too narrow.

I work I.T. and walk a lot. These shoes are like pillows on my feet. Very nice.

As a woman with EE wide feet I have a very hard time finding running shoes that fit. I ordered the men's size the widest option and it fit great! Also, i love that New Balance still makes shoes that are all black. Personally, I don't want neon colors or contrasting white soles. Thank you New Balance for being different from the rest!

This is the fourth pair I have bought. It is well constructed, durable, and comfortable Considering I wear them everyday and in just about every activity, I have always been impressed about how my feet do not tire with them on. If I had anything negative to say about the most recent pair, it's that the shoe laces are not as long as in the past making it a bit harder to tie them.

I teach fitness classes. Very comfortable and supportive

Wear them three or four days a week for walks of 1-2 miles.
