My son loves this shoe! Offers him a great foot bed with comfort from the foam and stability from construction of the shoe.

I wish there were more options in 13.5 mens , besides the Kawaii and this shoe and like two other shoes .

I have had several pairs of New Balance in the past (880, 1500, 1400...). I was looking forward to trying the 1080 for my long runs and I am not disappointed. They are very comfortable and the adaptation time was very short. They are the perfect complement to the shoes I use for my higher intensity runs. I took the same size as usual and they fit perfectly.

I am 6' 2" and 215 pounds and these help me land soft and the foot bed does not break down. Love this shoe!!

These are great shoes right out of the box my joints were starting to hurt and I checked to see how old my shoes were and turned out to be 6 years old ..when you run on the beach shoes tend to last longer but I think I out ran the last pair !

This shoe is the best I've found . I've spent quite a bit on running shoes and for work . NB is great . Some sizes are a tad small , but they have a simple return policy .

I use this shoe as an every day do everything kind of shoe and they are extremely comfortable. I can wear the shoe all day long and my feet don't hurt. They are extremely comfortable. I also have a pair solely for the office. And I wear my every day shoe to the office take them off and put on the regular shoe I've got the same one 1080 X and at the end of the day my feet and legs do not hurt. The only thing I would change about the shoe is the tongue the tongue is rather thin and can be a little bothersome.

Highly recommend a great upgrade from v10 and v11. Will buy more. Will use them for my Chicago Marathon 2022 training

I'm past the point of serious training, but still try to put in somewhere between 20-25 miles a week. I don't really do any real speedwork anymore, just mostly decent paced runs. I've also been dealing with some plantar fasciitis for the past few years. The shoes have been great for me so far. Super comfortable and protect my feet well. As most say, order a half size down (I usually wear 10 but got 9.5). I've been very happy with my purchase. Definitely a little bulkier than I'm used to wearing, but this is my transition to less speedy shoes and to being more mindful of my body. I could see these still being great long distance trainers for serious runners, if anything for those longer slow mileage days. The fresh foam feels great!

I'm a heavy runner and this shoe has been great for getting me back into running.

For context, I've been running in an old pair of runners for a long time so anything would have been an upgrade but WOW. These are extremely comfortable and I've got so much more spring in my step. I heard they run a bit large so I went to local retailer for sizing and was glad I did, normally a 12.5 but 12 was a very good fit (ALMOST too narrow but the upper is very forgiving so they are very comfortable)

This is definitely an awesome comfortable shoe! I'm a big fan of overall training! I lift weights, box, walk, mountain bike ride, and try to maintain at a solid over 250lbs, and this fresh foam shoe is by far the best & most comfortable shoe I've experienced. I have used NB 1080V 9, 10, 11, and now 12. The 12 is the best version so far. It is more stable than the old ones, and it seems to have a more cushioned forefoot. I am a half-marathoner, have wide feet, and like to wear loose running shoes. One important information to my colleagues runners. Following previous reviews, I decided to try the new model, a half size number smaller. From the old ones, always number 10 Wide. To the new one, 9 and 1/2 Wide. It fits perfectly. The same number for the new model would be too big.

After our wearing my NB 990v4s during 2 years of COVID, these shoes showed me what I've been missing. The soft foam is just what I was hoping for; we will have to see how long it holds up.

Great new version! Great support, lightest shoe, and super soft and comfy! I'm excited to try them out on a long run! I love how they changed the ankle support, the mid-section, and reinforced the toe-box from the previous version.

Never wore a shoes that felt right from the first moment I put on. My feet are a bit on wide side but not too wide and the 2E size fits perfectly well.

This is most comfortable running shoes I've ever owned. New Balance hit the mark when it comes to a running shoe. The Fresh Foam design has your feet singing. It is definitely a game changer. It's like walking on carpet in your sock feet. I put a lot of miles on my running shoes and these have held up very well. If your thinking of upgrading , this is definitely the shoe to buy. I take a wide width in shoes and the 2E fits perfectly. Thank you New Balance!

run every other day, and these are the most comfortable running shoe I can remember wearing. would highly recommend.

Replaced my usual asics nimbus with these and I love them. Fit like a glove, light, great to train in.
