I've been using the fresh foam more v1 for quite some time and there amazing so I've decided to give these a try and I'm so glad I did these are so comfortable feel light weight snug in a good way not too tight. I have bad feet so I'm very picky when it comes to what shoes I wear only put a few miles on them but so far there amazing and highly recommend them for anyone thinking about getting them.

I had 1080v10 shoes before this and had planned to just replace them with the latest 1080 revision since I loved the comfort of that shoe, but then I saw this new Unlaced variant. In short, I love the clean and streamlined look of the unlaced design, as well as the black/white color variant that I wished had been available on my previous 1080s (and still isn't available on the laced version today). But most of all of course, the quick and easy slip on and slip off experience is magical. I don't run aggressively in these, but my feet are held securely in place without any discomfort. So as long as they don't loosen up over their lifetime, this will become my new favorite shoe. Total home run!

I was worried about slippage or maybe them being too tight but they fit perfect. Just like my normal men's size 11. I really love these. I have ran in them a few times now and have no issues.

the best walking shoe i have purchased from New Balance. The extra foam is so comfortable while walking 3 miles a day. The ease of on and off. I find I am wearing them everywhere and going to buy another pair.

Like others have already said, these are insanely comfortable shoes. I've been wearing 940's for years and while those are great shoes for support, they're not necessarily comfortable. Not only are the Fresh Foam X 1080's comfortable, they are also very supportive especially in the arch. My only complaint and it's a pretty major one is the small tongue they inserted in the top (the part that has "New" on it). I have a high instep when I try to put my foot in it gets tucked underneath and you have to dig it out with your finger. It definitely defeats the purpose of buying a slip on shoe! I'm still torn on whether I'm keeping them or not because of it however it doesn't seem to serve any functional purpose so I may just cut it out. We're it not for that useless piece of fabric, these would be the perfect shoes!

I average 24 to 30 miles per week running, normally getting about 250 miles out of my 1080s. I'm not sold on the no laces, I've twisted my ankle twice already off road walking in these sneakers, so I will not use them on a trail run. When I added my prescription orthopedics I now have toe rubbing, but still a loose fit, not sure how it will effect my toes after a half marathon, we shall see. :-)

Love fresh foam x and excited to see a slip on.
Have long, wide feet & ordered 16-4E.
But toe box tapers sharply and is low, constricting by toes in both dimensions.
Hope NB will start offering 16-6E in more models

My 3 star rating reflects the lack of lateral (side to side) support that would probably be the case for any slip on. So this is probably the wrong style of shoe for me, as I need a lot of foot support.
They are cool looking, though.

The fit was fine length and width. The weirdness of like a clown upward arc of the toe and rolling feel of the shoe didn't work for me. Lots of people like the shoe, that's great.

loved the comfort and unlaced fit but whoever designed the white upper never wore them except on saturday night, or whenever you wear white shoes. I spent several hours the very first week just trying to clean them. Short story--impossible.
