I have worn my his shoe 4 times now and at the end of each day my feet ache. The opposite of what I expected from a shoe that claims best in class cushioning

Got the shoes, tried them on. Were not wides OR size 12. Returned them and never received my refund.

Very unhappy had a pair that didn't meet standards and fell apart after a few weeks. They refused to replace them.They gave me a very hard time basically didn't want to do anything. After many back and forth conversations and a lot of time invested, Instead of replacing them they gave me a credit with an expiration date not enough to get a new pair. Took the cheapest pair and still had to add money for this new pair and they are not true to size and clunky. You would think New Balance would stand behind their shoes. I am very dissatisfied and will think long and hard before I purchase anything in the future from them.

THIS WAS A REPLACEMENT FROM ANOTHER PIECE OF GARBAGE WHERE THE GLUE CAME OFF THE SHOE IN THREE WEEKS! I SPENT CLOSE TO A MONTH TRYING TO GET THEM TO HONOR THE WARRANTY WHICH THEY DIDN'T WANT TO DO! CHANGE THE NAME OF THE COMPANY TO "OFF BALANCE" WHICH IS WHAT THEY ARE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY'RE POISON!!!!

I really wanted to like these but it felt like my feet were rolling outwards and not level. Started feeling stress in my ankles after a few seconds.
