Correct size and fit

Not even close to the same size in my son's New Balance shoes. Not sure why it is so "off," but these are way too short.

These were cheaply made. They had holes in the top mesh in less than a month. First time this has had happened to us with little kid sneakers. They were tighter/smaller fit than other shoe brands in this size. Wont purchase brand again

Was not wide enough. I wish shoe manufacturers would take a page out of Birkenstock's book and realize what a true foot toe box should look like. Especially for growing feet!

Shoe fits great but within 1 week the seam at the top of the shoe came loose. This is the second damaged pair of shoes I received from Zappos. Two different brands.

Unfortunately, they fell apart.

My kid loved them. But after two weeks of daily wear, parts of the sole came unglued and we weren't able to glue them back securely. After a month of daily wear, the fabric is beginning to tear. Very poor quality.

See attached photo. One week and already one lace broken. My grandson loves these shoes but we are very disappointed in the quality. He’s worn them less than a week. Should we return?

This shoe has a defect. We received a size wide with a narrow footpad glued in, so there is a gap in the inside sole of the shoe where there is no footpad and the toes feel like they are falling off a cliff.

This is terrible quality. I spent more money on this pair thinking it would be better quality than a cheaper pair. The sole started literally falling off the bottom of the shoes within 1 week. We've tried super gluing it back on multiple times. Now less than two months after wearing these shoes the whole velcro strap is coming apart as well. Will not buy Saucony Kids again.
