Nice boots but hurt my arch. Too narrow around arch.

Pro: The boot is very comfortable and light. Cons: Northern Alaska military life just defeats these boots. They slip on ice, slush, water, wet concrete. I don't trust these boots. Insulation and Gore-Tex doesn't work at all here. I can deal with Cold and wet feet but why am I slipping and falling just walking... I can't imagine doing a run with these on

I returned them once I tried them on for about 5 min. I liked the look of the boot but they hurt my feet along both sides. I think this was due to the way sole is shaped along both sides as I could feel it pushing against my feet.

I don't care much for these boots. The soles are treacherous in snow, ice or even wet. I wish I could return them but unfortunately, I have worn them outside. They are comfortable though and fit nice, but I can't really use them for what I bought them for.
