I wear them for workouts including cardio classes and weight training. They are sturdy, but light weight.The fit is great at 9.5 wide with plenty of room and very comfortable.

Never received the shoes, shoes were delayed and no updates, ordered on Dec 1, still waiting on Dec 21

This model is a must have, 574 is a classic comfy kinda rugged shoe that you can use for daily use, work or leisure. I kinda feel that it accommodates your foot like a glove the more you wear it. I have a couple of them
