These were comfortable enough, but I didn't care for the style.

For some reason the 574 NB fit a bit tight until you break them in as opposed the the 990 NB which fit perfect right out the box. What I wasn't happy with is the condition of the suede. I had to do quite a bit of brushing to get them in to good shape. They also had some spots on them which I was able to get out but I shouldn't have to do that being that they were brand new. They also had white speckles on the bottoms of both shoes that look like paint. Fortunately it wasn't on the suede. After quite a bit of work I was able to get them looking like they should have looked in the first place. That being said , the 574 NB navy blue and grey is a nice looking shoe provided you get a good pair.

Ordered same size I normally wear in new balance,seemed super small and and narrow and will probably return them as they aren't very comfortable to begin with. Shipping wasn't the quickest.

EE was not a true EE. Felt very narrow

My big toes pressed against the front, even in my normal size.

NB used to be an easy purchase for me, but the sizing has changed considerably since my last pair. I wear a 8.5/9 in women's and am now up to an 8.5 men's shoe, apparently, because even the 8 is too small.

Shoes is stiff and rough

Fit felt small, but shoe was very uncomfortable, very stiff and "clunky". Shoe has too much man-made material, sort of a plastic rather than a natural feel

This is weird... the length was true to size but the top of the shoe height at the forefoot is too shallow/narrow from the top down. I thought NB was know for decent tow boxes but this one didn't work for me.

Very disappointed. 2E mentioned on the box as I ordered. But D width was inside.

These are my first pair of NB Classics and I have to say its comfort is severely underwhelming. Vans Comfycush provides better cushioning. The build quality is also inconsistent. The footbed on the right shoe is smaller than on the left. The upper material isn’t as breathable as well which is a huge setback in the warm climate I live in. 2/5 stars. I like the retro style but would not purchase again.

I tried these on in a store and the 9 1/2 was a little snug so I ordered the 10 from Zappos. The 10 was huge. Had to return them.

It was completely different from the last New Balance Classics order that I placed. Both shoes are made in Indonesia but this last order was more like a size 6 vs size 6.5 and was a little less in terms of quality. It also looked like someone had possibly worn them for a bit. Not sure but something was different for the same type of shoe.

I have purchased New Balance shoes for almost 4 decades and these are the first I am returning. The collar on the left side of the left shoe rubs my lower ankle and is uncomfortable while exercising.

Great shoe but felt too big

The heel is too narrow and caused me to roll my ankle multiple times.
