A true classic that endures for a simple reason, people love them. Very affordable, reasonable support, and very comfortable at this price point. No, they are not as cushy as New Balance models that cost twice (or more) as much but I have foot problems and can wear 574 Classics all day with no problems. To me, the newer 574 models (v2, Legacy, etc.) are not as roomy and comfortable as the core Classic models even though they are a little more expensive. If you haven’t tried these shoes you should. They have been around since 1988 for good reasons.

I love the 574 as an all-purpose shoe. For me, it's the perfect travel shoe. Comfortable enough to walk around a new city all day, even taking on some light hiking duties.
I have run at full speed across airports to make connecting flights, and been pleased I chose the 574 as my travelling shoe.
In grey, it's also minimal and stylish enough to pair with a a good pair of jeans and an Oxford shirt to wear for a night out.
Durable, useful, and good looking. Get a shoe that does it all!

My husband always wears Blundstones. He was hesitant to wear the runners as everyday footwear but now they're his go to shoe. They look great and are very versatile. Run small so size up.

I do a lot of walking and these are comfortable shoes for that. They provide just the right amount of cushion when I walk and are very comfortable. On a side note, I hate tying shoes laces. Therefore I have swapped out the laces for elastic tieless shoe laces. They are easy and quick to tighten or loosen and don't loosen during activity.

I love the shoes, as they are comfortable and look pretty good, but the sizing is all over the map. I now have two pair of the 574's, that both fit great, with one size 11 and the other size 12 ? My normal running shoe size is an 11 1/2.

These are great lightweight shoes for summer, and an absolute bargain at this price. I had to go up 1/2 a size from my 990v5s, from 11.5 EE to 12 EE.
