I have always loved the way Salomon shoes fit my feet generous toe box, slim and steady through the arches, sufficient tread and just the right slant and angles to fit my heel and ankle bones. I have tender feet but love to hike. I've endured plantar fasciitis so wear custom insoles and your shoes have always given me the support and comfort I needed. I ordered this new shoe sight unseen because the backcountry stores I frequent are chronically lacking in inventory now. It's a nice shoe but doesn't fit like a Salomon. I've worn it

I wear a 10 in Brooks Ghost so I ordered these in a 10. They were too big. I should have ordered both to try because now the 9.5 is sold out. The heel slipped so much and I don’t know if it was because of the size or just how the shoe was made. The cushion underfoot was minimal to me. The arch was really high for my feet and the bottom of my heels hurt just from walking around my apt for 5 min, so probably not the right shoe for me anyway. I liked that the tongue was super cushioned and completely attached. I also liked the lacing system but they would have to be double knotted to stay tied. Sorry I didn’t take a pic, completely forgot. They were ugly but I would have kept them if they had fit and been comfy.

These are nice, but they’re enormous like a hiking boot (and I wear/love my Salomon boots). These are just so much bulkier than other brands’ hiking shoe offerings. Nope.

All the comfort and fit of previous Salomon hiking shoes but has developed an awful smell of cat urine. I don't have a cat and have dried the shoes throughly on a boot dryer when wet. I have never had this problem with a Salomon shoe or any other shoe. Very disappointing

M husband and I have bought and loved this shoe over many years and multiple pairs. They were comfortable, durable and gave us much pleasure on our walking and hiking adventures. Unfortunately the last 2 pair that I purchased both did not last. Inside of 3 months the back spine broke down and became uncomfortable. So disapointed that I will not purchased again.
