Outstanding comfort used these for a couple of trail walks and very good grip but get warm but by far the best Salomon shoes I've purchased

These shoes fit perfectly, and I don't say that often. Firm around the heel, plenty of toe space, snug around the sides but not too tight. Lightweight but good support. Great look. I bought them for travel where you're off road some days, in cities others. Compared them to another (cheaper) Salomon model -- these are the keepers.

Comfortable for everyday and waterproof. Perfect for a unexpected event.

Comfortable shoes that fit wwll. Keep my feet warm at -10c. Could use a bit more cushioning, although if you like less cushioning, score.

I bought a month ago and these are very good shoes. Size was good but a little tight on the width side. Very stylish.

Excellent shoe very durable and easy to clean looks new after many trails with just a quick wipe down. Only reason it is not a 5 star is it is not a perfect fit, the perfect fit for me from this shoe would have been a 10.5 wide but had to size up to an 11. Still very happy with purchase and would get them again.

I bought these for hiking in England. Wore them straight out of the box. Held up well. Obviously a little stiff to start off that loosened up over the course of a week. Only critique would be the forefoot needs more padding.

Great quality shoe, very comfy and sturdy , for a bigger man !! Highly recommend

Bought these to replace my Outline GTX (they seemed most similar at the time). They're more padded - what I was after - but comfort-wise not that great. They still feel a bit hard to walk in after 3 months, plus I preferred the slimmer profile of the Outline GTX. Feels like my foot isn't as "engaged" in the top half where it's wider versus my heel.

My Outline gtx wore out and were discontinued. These seemed like the next closest. They have more of a standard fit versus the slimmer fit of the Outline, which I preferred. Overall the comfort is just ok, after three months of ownership they are still a bit hard to walk in and nowhere near as comfy as the Outline.

These are a replacement for a heavier Salomon shoe and they are certainly more comfortable: in particular, around the mid foot / arch of the feet, and there is no rubbing at the heel or ankle. I am not sure they will be as robust - they feel less sturdy, but time will tell. I am very pleased with them and the colours are as I expected from the pictures

Bought about a month ago. The size seems about to large for my feet after breaking them in, the heel is just a little to high for my liking, especially when hiking downhill.

Didn't love these shoes. They dug into my ankle bone with every stride. They were much stiffer and heavier than I'd like. I like the tread on the bottom and they offered great traction, but just not a very comfortable shoe.

Used less than 4 months on max 6 moderate hikes. They are comfortable but not durable at all! Already got a hole on the side and the shape of the shoes deteriorated.

I do not have particularly wide feet and have always ordered normal width footwear (UK size 9) - however the Outpulse appear to come up quite narrow. They are generous in the length but not in width. I am currently trying to wear them in and hoping they will stretch slightly, but anything over 30 minutes and they are very uncomfortable. This is a real shame as they seem well built and of very good quality. I can imagine they would be very comfortable if slightly wider.

These shoes are extremely uncomfortable. The laces are incredibly long, I don't honestly don't understand why. The seams of the shoe are coming apart slightly. I don't use these shoes regularly so shouldn't be showing this type of wear for the price.

This shoe looks great. Fits my feet well. Really comfortable.... except there's a seam in the heel and on one of those shoes it's really rough. So rough that wearing them for 20 minutes will rub my heel raw. Really disappointing and it's not something you'd normally notice when trying on in the store.
