Purchased plus size and I am so satisfied with the quality and correct size and fit.

I am 5'-8" and approx. 115 lbs. and the SM fits me perfectly with room for sweaters. I live in the mountains and have horses: many days of below zero, snowy weather to work in during winter. This jacket is warm and keeps moisture from drenching me. The hood is nice for windy days to keep snow and wind off of my neck. Love the color too! If I had to change anything: a phone pocket would be handy.

Excellent winter jacket, good for 30 degrees and a little bit lower. Good for casual wear and light hiking.

This coat is wonderfully warm without being heavy. The hood is also warm & cozy, more than just a flimsy fabric layer as many hoods are. Mine is a great shade of green which is cheerful on gray days. PS. This coat has no velcro anywhere, yay!

Obsessed with this coat! It's great for colder temps, such as the 40s and 30s. It's deceivingly warm and ultra cozy. The fit where it comes in at the waist and hits down to the hip is excellent. I purchased in green and I absolutely love the color (especially the minimalist contrast with the lime green features). The quality is fantastic. I have four LL Bean coats/jackets and while they are all great, this one if my favorite. Highly recommend!

The jacket is a perfect fit and a really nice green. It's warm and light weight with a great hood.

I wanted to love this coat however, The size ran small and was too tight across my shoulders. I sent it back.

does LLBean do anything to correct the problems people are complaining about; i.e, Fleece liniing, no stringsmon hoods. etc.?

Great quality but ordered wrong size. The coat did look well made and insulated. Will repurchase in my size.

Winter ended before I got to wear it, but it does feel warm. True to size. Quality is good.

I'm so glad I purchased this in November 2023. It has kept me warm through the cold and windy Vermont winter. The fit is good. I especially like the color (dark pine). In the sun it looks like emeralds.

Warm. Great zippered pockets. Fits well- not tight around hips. Purchased a large as I like room for a sweater underneath (5'2" 148 lbs)
