I just bought this and washed it and it completely ruined the jacket. There's spots all over it, I barely used any detergent and washed it with nothing else. It looks terrible and most likely won't be able to wear it anymore, don't recommend washing it at all

So, this item is cute to look at, but it hardly has any filling in it, at all. The weight is more like a light rain jacket. This was my first LL Bean coat purchase (most of my wardrobe is LL Bean). I expected way better quality! :(

Arrived in envelope and fit in mailbox. Very thin material and very light weight. Wanted it for snow or in cold, more like early spring jacket. I am returning it, disappointed.

Sorry to say, I wasn't thrilled with is one. I was looking for a cozy puffer, not fancy. This was a narrow fit (not what I needed), not puffy enough to roll up and use as a pillow, for example, and the color was pretty ugly (even my husband agreed). I wanted a replacement for my old nylon Ducks Unlimited jacket that's wearing out (years ago I got it for a $35 donation) - a simple lightweight lined zip up jacket with pockets that fits fine over a sweater and is handy to toss over pjs on the boat. This jacket was too stiff, restrictive, structured and uncomfortable.

I was so excited for this jacket to come because if the retro style. But, I was shocked by the way the petite size M fit. I am 5'2" and the sleeve length went past my finger tips. It was much longer than most "regular" sized things I buy. If this is their petite I can't imagine what a regular would be like. It was so bad I kept checking the label again to make sure it said petite.

Bought a petite and it runs big and boxy. It's not tailored for women

Jacket was not filled sufficiently. I was expecting a puffier jacket.

I ordered a M and it was too big, so exchanged for a S and it doesn't fit right. It's not a feminine fit at all, wish they had a drawstring in the bottom. Arms and chest fit, but bulked up in the back. Too bad, like the colors and 70's design. I agree with other reviewers that it's on the thin side. Definitely not a winter jacket. Unfortunately, I will be returning it...out $12 in two returns.

Just got delivered and very disappointed. It's more like a windbreaker and not for New York winters.

I didn't expect it to be 100 percent polyester. I thought this was a quality product company. The price is too high for the material they use.

I ordered this jacket almost 3 weeks ago and it arrived today in a paper bag. I was super excited, but the jacket is incredibly low quality. Colors are not as vibrant as expected, more dingy. It had grease stains from handling on the sleeves, and it looked super thin even for a light puffer. Plus, I had to buy a bag from UPS to return it bc the paper bag ripped. I ended up buying more quality puffers from Marine Layer. More pricey but hopefully worth the extra dough.

Jacket was as thin as a T shirt. Shipped in a large envelope that's how thin. Such a disappointment for LL Bean. Returned a month ago still no refund. $90 on sale.

Mountain Classic? What mountain? This jacket may be suitable for a tropical mountain, but if you are in the PNW it's just too thin. I was very disappointed, and felt mislead by the name of the jacket.

Very disappointed, thought it would be suitable for winter as it said 40 to -10 degrees. Maybe in Oregon , but certainly not in Wisconsin. This is a light weight jacket probably suitable for a spring or fall jacket somewhere. Sending back.
