I was very happy with this vest. I was able to wear it as an under layer and still wear my club jacket which is not lined. It stood up to a cold rainy October weekend on Mackinac Island.

Warm without being bulky. Beautiful cool toned lavender color. At 5'5" the petite looked better than the regular sized although I'm not exactly a petite. The regular sized vest looked too long.

Just purchased this vest in spruce pine in a large (my usual size) a couple of weeks ago on sale - I LOVE it! Warm, comfortable, snuggly even! I have similarly colored tees and turtlenecks, and it goes so well with them (could also wear a contrasting color, just haven't yet). Hits a little lower on the hip, which I like (I hate vests that stop at the high hip). Fits true to size. Zip pockets are deep, too - big enough to hold my cell phone without fear of it falling out. This looks so great, so stylish, I think I'll be purchasing a few more in other colors! I have no doubt it will serve me well during the cold winter months!

I use it as an outer layer on a chilly day or under a coat on a bone chilling day. Keeps me toasty

I love this vest! It's even better than I'd hoped for! The color is beautiful, the fit is perfect and it feels warm and cozy but not too puffy!

It was my first time in the store in Freeport. Beautiful store which I had more time there. I saw the vest so lovely looking and looked great on. I also tried the jacket same print on but felt I liked the vest better on me. Happy with my purchase. One last thing when u visit the store, the merchandise all looks so much better to me.

As the autumn chill sets in this vest has been a go to for me. It was a last minute grab while shopping and I'm so glad I did. It's a thin vest but incredibly warm. The inside fleece is super soft and the outside feels pretty durable.

Lovely color the sizing is WAY off... there is no way that was a 1X size.

Fitted look without being tight because there is forgivable flex in the vest which also makes it good for active-wear. I bought the classic black which goes with everything. Also, able to wear as a layer once it gets super cold.

This is a great, little vest. I love the soft, silver color and the warm lining. The only thing that I wished it had was the inside pocket that most other LL Bean fleece and vests have.

Excellent quality garment. Will be perfect on those Fall days on the golf course. Has just enough padding in lining to warm you up, but still able to move. Great selection of colors also. Runs small (my opinion) I am not a large person, but decided to order a Large so it is roomy enough. Definitely would purchase again. Price a little high - maybe try to catch a sale?

I bought 4 of these in different colors 10 years ago. I just replaced the black one due to a broken zipper. I think they are serving me well, as a winter staple. They are a warm, fashion accessory!

I bough this vest for a trip out west and haven't stopped wearing it since. Best item to throw on in early spring... Have used it for hiking in the Rockies, sitting around the fire pit at night, and even up to the great lakes on colder days on the boat. It also looks great and feels cozy, not too bulky to wear under a light weight rain jacket or thin down coat.

I usually wear Petite Plus sizes, but decided to try a regular 2X and it's still a great fit for me. I was worried about the length, but the little extra length is ok and keeps me warmer. I can even use the pockets comfortably. The 2X is big enough to wear over a fleece or heavy sweater, but the stretchy design doesn't look too big over just a turtleneck or tee-shirt. The fleece lining is very soft, especially nice around the collar. I can comfortably wear this inside (I set my thermostat low) and outside. The mineral blue is a beautiful color.

The vest is longer than others I've had; perfect for tall people. It has 3 zippered pockets, good for keys and tissues. Mine is teal. A great color. It's warm, but not too warm.

Absolutely LOVE this vest. It is very comfortable and is snug on the sides which is very pleasing to the feel and the warmth. The collar is fleece on the inside and just high enough to protect the neck. Love this vest.

Great vest! Zippered pockets and more subtle and modern navy color (a little more blue-gray than your classic navy) are big plusses. I got this to replace some worn out snap-closure vests and was worried this could be tight around the hips when sitting (1-way zipper), but it's not! And the shape is just right too--not too boxy or overly shaped. Good extra layer for inside or out.
