Lightweight, but warm. Doesn't wrinkle. Repels water. Bought large so I could wear sweater if I wanted. Great coat!!

I bought this specifically for rainy football games because my name brand rain jacket soaks through. The neutral color allows me to add accessories for the college team we happen to be supporting that day. I wear this jacket so much more than I anticipated! I am somewhere between a small and medium and I bought the medium for room to layer a heavy sweater underneath. The cinch cord allows for a closer fit and a defined waist. This is the perfect jacket for wind, rain, or just a cute extra layer for chilly conditions. I love everything about this jacket!

I love the color and the fit. The only very slight drawback is the fabric is noisy as you move around. Definitely a good value since it's hard to find a rain jacket in other stores.

It fits very well. The hood is a great fit. I'm wearing it this week where it's been raining. Love it!

This is the perfect jacket- It goes with a variety of my outfits or footwear, very warm when zipped and buttoned, yet lightweight enough to carry or tie around my waist. The zipper works well and the pockets are just the right size.

Loved this jacket on my trip to Scotland. Comfortable. Good looking. Water resistant. Warm but with room for a light sweater. I'm 5"3 and weight 130 lbs. I purchased size XS petite. The sleeves were perfect length.

I haven't had a chance to test in the rain yet, but it is a very comfortable light weight jacket. I bought it in two colors. It is great for layering. I bought my usual medium size.

This jacket is great. The lining is perfect for Spring and Fall. Great to repel water. I love the longer length plus the petite size fits perfect.

I live on the west coast of FL and recently was about two counties north of where Hurricane Ian (Category 4) made landfall. I wore this jacket outside and stayed completely dry under the jacket. Also did not feel the Cat. 4 winds through the jacket. Will only buy/recommend this jacket!

Hooray! A coat that fits. I'm tall with long arms and have a heck of a time finding a coat. This classic jacket is perfect. Love the fit and love the color.

I have been looking for awhile now for a mid-length jacket that could carry me through the fall. I wanted something not heavy, but warm enough for northern Maine during the months of September through November. Sweaters, too, are longer now, so I wanted a longer jacket. Hoods come in handy during rainy weather, as well. This jacket is exactly what I was looking for! It is lightweight, but warm enough for cooler temperatures. The fabric appears to be high-quality, and is water-resistantboth good things! The longer length is slimming, not bulky looking. Am so happy with my purchase! Thank you L. L. Bean!

My daughter has similar jacket. I've got jealous she is comfortable in rain and bad weather when we walk with my dog on the beach. And I always have bunch of layers for warmth, rain, wind and something else... It is not fashion jacket for me, It is for outdoor walk in windy or rainy slightly cold weather. I am 5'8" and 150lb. I bought size M. It is not tight, I can move in it.

I was looking for a spring/fall/early winter coat that was not a puffy. This is flattering and a nice medium weight but does not have a ton of insulation. It's probably appropriate for 50 degrees, give or take. I am a M/L in other comparable brands and the medium in this fit with room for layers. Long arms too! I would say it runs a little bit large. The waist synch helps. I have black and love it!

I bought this jacket for an Alaskan cruise and was not disappointed! I was told ahead of time that September in Alaska could be pretty wetand I did not have a good water resistant jacket. Lucky for me I made such a good choice because they proved to be right. I ended up wearing it on both rainy and sunny days; as I explored the various port towns. Weather ranged between 50 to 60 degrees; and it was the perfect weight. Light enough for the warmer wetter days and perfect to wear over a bulky sweater or other layers on the cooler days. Comfort, fit, performance in wet weather plus having a hood, great pockets, & Velcro closures all were big pluses. Reading the reviews also helped me to choose the best fit. Although I wish the red color was a little brighterit still was the perfect choice!
