Good quality, lightweight rain jacket. The Velcro closure over the zipper was good but also got in the way at times when trying to zip up/down. Overall happy with it. A review said it ran small so I ordered an XL to wear over sweaters/sweatshirts - probably would have been fine with Lg. I prefer a little looser fit in jackets and this was a little larger than I would have liked, but I needed it for potentially wet travel day and didn't have time to send back/exchange.

I am enjoying this jacket on windy days with light precipitation. I haven't tried it on truly rainy days. It is comfortable and a cheery color. Only annoyances are sleeves a bit too long for my arms and velcro'd pockets a bit tricky to access. Neither of those is a serious issue. Price was very reasonable, in my opinion.

Very nice jacket. Bit hard to zip at first, pockets are a little odd but do the job. Love the color!

Great jacket, but be aware that in real life the "gunmetal grey" color comes off *way* more blue-toned than it appears in photos on the website. I liked it enough and needed it for an upcoming trip so that I decided not to return it, but would have preferred a more true neutral grey for maximum versatility with other colors.

I have been looking for a decent windbreaker for ages, so the fact that this doubles as a raincoat and comes in a petite makes it almost perfect! I got the navy, which is great, although the color choices overall are less than stellar. As with most jackets, the hood is on the large size, especially for a petite, but it's not terrible. In order for this jacket to get 5 stars, it needs a smaller hood and a two-way zipper, but overall I am very satisfied.

Love the color, the fabric, the fit but do not love the Velcro closings.

A good jacket, but be aware that it runs small. Order up one size, especially if you plan to wear it over bulkier clothing.

Overall I thought the jacket was perfect for my time in Ireland which is why I bought it . The few things I didn't like was the elastic around the wrist and the hood I found them to loose.

Seems very nice, BUT it runs smallish. No way to comfortably wear a sweater underneath but I know if I get a PLarge it will be too big unless I AM wearing a sweater. I wear P Med in everything these days so. Also it is not "easy" to stuff jacket into its pocket and when you finally get it in there you have a big ball of nylon which will take up more room in luggage than just folding it flat. Not sure I would recommend for travel which is what I wanted it for, but since looks like my first few days of said travel will be rainy, it will be on me, not in bag so there's that. Oh, and gunmetal gray is more blue than gray which is ok with me, but if you want gray you might be disappointed.

Took me a time, but finally got the jacket in the stow pocket. There should be instructions for us first time users of stow pockets. But I got it in. It was hard with my hands, and wish the pocket was a bit bigger so it could lay down flatter. I also wish it didn't have Velcro as it grabs onto my wool sweaters. Haven't had a downpour of rain yet, once we hit the UK, maybe I can update the review and let you know.

The quality of the jacket is good. Sizing is small and somewhat fitted. Returned for larger size

The color looks more blue than gun metal and the material is not as good as the older version which I have one in navy blue.

Jacket fits well and has been waterproof in rainy showers but I have not worn it in a downpour yet. It was a great windbreaker. The color is as pictured in the catalogue. It is comfortable and I am happy I bought it.

We're going through a dry spell where I live so I really haven't had a chance to wear it in the rain yet but overall I'm pleased with this jacket. I'm 5'5" 133lbs and ordered a medium. It zipped up ok but didn't leave room for even a light sweater so I returned it and got the large which is perfect for me. I got the gunmetal gray, which looks more like navy. I'm happy enough with it but I probably would have picked a lighter color had there been more color choices. All that being said, I'm looking forward to wearing the jacket for years to come and am happy with the purchase.

Not as waterproof as the H2Off line, but it's alright. I'm keeping this because it's comfortable and not as expensive as my other ones, so if it gets ruined I won't be too sad. Genuinely, I would get the H2Off version of this if you're in the market for a new raincoat.

I bought this several months ago before a trip to Iceland. I needed a waterproof jacket. Up until this weekend I was very happy with it...it has kept me dry through light rains and brief outings in heavier rains. But this weekend I was in heavy rain for several hours and unfortunately I did not stay dry. It did not live up to its waterproof claim. I would recommend this for anyone needing a comfortable well-fitting rain jacket to wear in light rains or in brief forays into heavier rains, but nothing more prolonged.

Quite light weight. The color is nice, but no way is it red.

I love this jacket so far, although I haven't used it in a rain storm yet. It says you can pack it in it's own pocket, but doesn't show you how to do this. Any ideas?

This jacket is light but wind proof and most importantly waterproof so that I feel protected in moderate yet rainy weather.

I bought this mostly for walking my dog on rainy days. It arrived during a deluge, so I cut off the tags, put it on, and walked the dog. It is true to size, big enough for light layers underneath, nice quality, and comfortable. Kept me dry in a downpour. Plenty of length in the body and the sleeves. The hood is just right--does not hang forward over the face as they sometimes do. The gunmetal gray color is more of a gray-blue than a true gray, if that matters to you. What I didn't like (but not a dealbreaker) was the velcro down the storm flap and on the pockets--hate that "ripping" sound every time you put it on or off or have to get into the pockets. Snaps and/or zippers please!

I bought my usual plus size for LL Bean outerwear and it is huge. Unfortunately I had already removed the tags and washed it in cold water so I can't return it. Other reviews from regular size range didn't mention this so it may be just the plus size that runs larger than expected. Otherwise it seems to be made well.

I really liked this jacket but unfortunately the sleeves were much too long and I don't have short arms. I returned it.

I get so many compliments on the color of this jacket! I went hiking and stayed dry in it. I does fit larger than I expected. do wish the waist synched in and was slightly more breathable but overall I love it! Only used a few times since purchase recently but excited to see how it goes longer term

Wanted an all weather jacket for travel. I'm a size Medium/9-10. Based on others reviews I got a Large and glad I did. Gives me a little extra room. I can wear a cross body bag inside the jacket.
