I get wet even in a light drizzle. Absolutely ridiculous.

It is the third rain jacket I've purchased from Bean in size XL. The other two styles, an XL fit with plenty of room for a bulky sweatshirt or sweater underneath, but this jacket wouldn't even zip up over a thin short sleeved shirt. Plus, it is NOT waterproof!!!! Then, customer service gave me a hard time with my refund. I used a few dollars from a gift card and the bulk of the balance was paid with my LLBean credit card. When returned, they would NOT credit back to my original form(s) of payment! Store credit only. What's happening, LLBean? Not a happy customer lately.

This Cresta rain jacket is not waterproof! Also, the pockets are mesh, so accidentally leaving them unzipped will definitely allow water right in. And the sizing? Way too small! I wear an XL in every other Bean jacket and coat with plenty of room to spare, but this jacket felt two sizes too small. Lastly, the price is outrageous for the style and quality. I would price this thin, lightweight, not waterproof jacket at about $40.

This now the THIRD "Waterproof" Raincoat I've purchased from Bean in the past few years that is not even almost waterproof. In fact my "water resistant " coat from Bean keeps me dryer than this thing. For 179.00 it's a total ripoff. Its going back. Walked my dog for ten minutes in a hard rain and was soaking wet. Is anyone testing these things anymore?

Purchased this coat for a hiking trip. In no way did it keep me dry. I will be returning this item.

Why not a rain jacket with similar features (e.g., fabric, adjustable hood, adjustable cuffs) in plus sizes? Your current selection has sent me looking to others.

It didn't fit! Loved the color. But far too small to size.

Jacket was delivered damaged!! Stained and ripped. As you can see from the photo multiple brown stains in the front and a small hole. Expect higher standards from LL Bean long time customer but very disappointed. Even more so this was a Bday present sent to a family member. I was embarrassed when they called and told me.

It's a nice jacket and fits well but water actually soaks into the jacket and anything more than a light drizzle leaves me soaking wet underneath the jacket.
