I love this jacket. It has great pockets and looks really nice

Bought this jacket for a 10-day trip to Ireland. Bought one size up so I could wear it over a sweater (I'm usually an x-small). It fits perfectly and it's flattering. Just the right amount of shape to not make me look like a box. It waterproof, breathable, easy to wear on long hikes, and folds up small. I wear it now every time I walk my dog in the rain instead of carrying an umbrella. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone. Great product.

I ordered this jacket to replace an older LLBean rain jacket that had seen its better days. I had to return the regular medium and exchange it for the petite medium because the sleeves were too long. The petite fit nicely. This jacket provides the perfect protection from the Florida rain showers because it seems to breathe and is not too hot.

This is a replacement to a similar summer, breathable, rain jacket I purchased from LL Bean about 15 years ago (yes, it lasted that long). The jacket is very lighweight; packs very small into your hiking backpack. It is very breathable, and the material is rugged (but ultra-light), so it withstands abrasion well. While I'm only 5 feet, I do like the slightly longer length of this new model, as it covers most of my backside. Wonderful product!

After my very old and well-used trail model rain jacket's lining failed, I got excellent customer service and received a replacement. I thought I was an XS, but ended up exchanging for a S, so for an outer layer this piece may run a little small. But then I like a roomier raincoat I can throw over whatever else I'm wearing. Plus it covers my bike helmet, a true necessity for me, an urban cyclist-- not many jackets do this. I was pleasantly surprised at the "remodel"-- now has a chest pocket, which I love! This jacket is waterproof and light, and packs down small-- I stow it easily in my bicycle saddlebag. A great buy.

I'm very pleased with this jacket. It fits true to size, and is long enough in the sleeves (which is a problem for me). Long over the hips as well. Planning to take this on a trip to Scotland in the fall, which can be quite rainy. I will be able to wear a light sweater underneath for more than enough protection. I love that it's very lightweight and can fold into its own pocket for travel.

This was just what I wanted for a trip that would be warm but wet! I worried about the size because of reviews so instead of my usual medium in ll bean clothes, I went with a petite large. Fit fine and is plenty roomy if I want to add another layer in cool weather. I think it looks stylish and fit well. I think it will last a long time!

Love the weight for warm rainy days. The clover color cheers me up!

I needed a rain jacket that wasn't bulky, that was easy to zip into, that had a hood that wouldn't blow off, and that was truly waterproof. This jacket seems to fit the bill in the few occasions I've had to wear it. I'm very pleased and would recommend it.

I ordered a medium so I had room for a sweater or my LL Bean fleece jacket to go under it in cooler weather. I was hiking in the rain for several hours and I kept perfectly dry. It's light enough to fit compactly in a suitcase. Great jacket. Big pockets. Just what I needed.

light weight with lots of pockets. I am able to wear a light sweater underneath and still fits nicely. Rolls ups for packing in a bag or suitcase. I would definitely buy again or order for a gift.

Just returned from day out in steady downpour and high humidity. Dry and only mildly clammy with long sleeves on bear skin. Performs well. Looking forward to wearing on hikes.

I purchased the yellow, and it helps brighten a rainy day. Nice construction and protection from the elements. The hood seals the deal! Folds compactly for travel.

I ordered 3 of these and kept 2. Was looking for a bright color for walking dog and a darker color for less casual occasions. LOVE the colors, kept the yellow and the deep grey. LOVE the chest zipper pocket easy access to my phone. The hood comes around my face for heavy rain and/or wind..have been in a few downpours since I got it. The length is good; the zipper side pockets great for anything and hold a lot and the inside pockets are great for anything I want to keep dry and don't need access to right away. What a great coat! I love it!

Waterproof and exactly what i wanted. Would rather have cuffs that are elastic, but that did not happen.

This is the first year I started buying shopping at LL Bean and now I'm hooked! Spring 2019 in the Rocky Mountains has been cold, muddy, and it just stopped snowing a few days ago. This jacket has been through it all wicking away moisture, keeping me warm in blowing snow (with some extra layers), and it's lightweight pack-up-into-it's-pocket magic even traveled to Wisconsin and back without taking up much room. The color is also great too! Highly recommend!!

After talking with a very helpful customer service rep I bought a medium PETITE that fits me perfectly. [i am 5' 2"/132lbs]. I haven't worn it in heavy downpours, but it is excellent in steady rain. I have always found LL Bean's outerweaar to be well made and good value for money. I am extremely pleased with this product.

I bought this to replace an older LL Bean wind-breaker from years ago and I like this one because it's a little more substantial and I love the updated color. (Got the yellow/green). I'm usually an XS in LL Bean, but I opted for size S to have a little extra room. I like that the hood is adjustable and it has zip pockets. Great overall rain jacket/windbreaker.

Great fit over a sweater. Great breathability, didn't make me sweat.
