Great fit, nice design! I bought the L (even tho I wear a M in vests & 1/4 pullovers) to wear over long sleeved tops in place of a sweater. I have a bad shoulder so cannot wear pullover tops. This works great, nice style, not bulky. The color is so pretty!

This fleece is warm, soft, comfortable and practical. Great item.

My LL Bean fleece jackets are perfect when temperatures get colder. I own a number of these. The quality of this jacket is great. The colors are beautiful. I am 5'4" and 150 lb and got an XL.

It runs a little big in my opinion, but based on the size chart, I should've sized down from my regular size anyway. I'm not exchanging it because the extra room will allow for easier layering.

I ordered the Sienna Brick color, and it is luscious. This jacket is a winner - not boxy, fits close to the body without being tight. The fabric is high quality, fairly thick and should last for years and years. It is very warm, not one of the lightweight fleece jackets.

Fits very well and flattering design. Very comfortable as a layer or by itself. I love it for walking the dog.

As expected great fit, warm and comfortable. Ordered a size up to fit turtle necks, henleys and such. I wish the collar would lay flat without popping back up.

This jacket is heavy fleece, and it is very warm. I selected the gray color, and I like it very much. It goes with everything.

This is a well-made fleece for those fall in-between days. Sizing is appropriate. I returned it because I wanted a lined construction instead in order to easily and quickly slide my arms into the garment.

So glad to see the return of the Mountain Classic Fleece after its absence of many years!! I bought both the purple and the teal. The fleece is soft and thick enough for spring/fall, or for layering during the winter. The cut is different than the old ones- longer and slightly shaped. I'm 5'7" and 137 lbs - size small fit me beautifully with room to wear a cashmere sweater underneath comfortably. I hated that Bean put an obnoxious logo on the chest rather than the matching thread one that used to be on the bottom hem. That said, the logo label was easily removed with a sharp set of nail scissors (see picture). I'm confident that no one will even notice that. I also removed the cords on the pulls of the three zippers (they looked like bits of boot lace) for a slightly dressier look. A few minutes work in all, but as a result I am very pleased!! PS- the colors are true to the ones online, rather than those in my photo.

This is my 3rd Mountain Classic XL Fleece over a 25 year period. I love these for layering or just throwing on for a cold Central FL day. I take it on trips along with my matching blue Bean Anorak. I'm in my early 80's and starting out the fall with new jackets!

Love this jacket- I use it for work, walk or just stay warm. Low maintenance and so practical!

I love these fleece jackets, they are so warm and cozy. I carefully removed the LLBean tag on the front (using my seam ripper), and it looks just fine (actually better!) without it. The holes from where the stitches were do not show. Some of my older fleece jackets have LLBean stitched down near the hem in a matching color, which is inobtrusive and yet readable as well. I'd suggest going back to that design!

This is my second of these cozy jackets. I like that they are made of 60+% recycled material. The two colors I have are very pretty. They fit well, loose enough to put over a shirt or light sweater, but still look semi-fitted. And, the sleeves are long enough for me, even though I often wear a tall size. I pair them with a 1/4 zip, thumb loop shirt and an outer layer, for early morning walks or cool weather bike rides and they keep me cozy warm. Also wear them as a jacket when it isn't so cold.

I am very pleased with my new fleece jacket. It is ever so slightly fitted and gives it a little shape, which is great! It is perfect for a little warmth or for layering.

This jacket feels warm and comfy now that I have the right size. I had to size up one.
