I am getting more used to Beans skim down fit. In this case, the jacket hugs the body and I think it contributes to its warmth. I bought the blue and its a great color. The pockets are good size. I layered with a medium weight mock turtleneck and was quite comfortable at 33 degrees walk this morning. I am 5'0" and 135Slim but a bit zaftig and waist not ideal. I bought size petite large and at first thought to return for size larger. But this actually fitszips easilyso I am keeping it and am thinking of getting another. I have not experienced the shedding other people have complained about. Perhaps not the same product.

It's warmer than I thought it would be so it's perfect for the colder fall days. It fits well, is comfortable and I like the dark blue color. I'm glad I bought it.

Although I miss the original Polar Fleece this jacket works well. It is very lightweight and surprisingly warm, fits well and is very comfortable. I feel wrapped in a cozy blanket when wearing it!

This coat is so warm! I am 5'3" and about 110 lbs. I ordered a Petite Small, and I am pleased with the fit - I have a little extra room but not too much. This is a great go-to jacket for my morning walks, and it works well for layering under another coat on the colder days of winter.
