I've worn it hiking 5 times. Front pocket so convenient and handy for keys, phone, even water. Great alone and with layers underneath. I may have to buy another! Love it.

Keeps me dry. Love that it's light. I ordered a larger size so I can wear a sweatshirt under it. I'm glad I did.

This is my sixth Mountain Classic Anoraklost one, outgrew one :( but the others are going strong. I wear them three seasons of the year, over t-shirts in warm weather, layered over fleeces when things cool off. The kangaroo pocket holds whatever I need for a walk or a quick run through the grocery store and though not waterproof, the hood comes in handy when there is a mist in the air. They wash great and, try though I might, I can't wear them out. The sizing is accurate and the quality of my most recent purchase is just as good as the first one I bought over 35 years ago. Please don't change a thing, LL Bean!

Love this coat! Bought one size up so I could wear sweaters and sweatshirts under it. Amazing!

The fit is great. I like how the zipper, zips down enough to comfortably go over your head.

Perfect layer for cool mornings walks and perfect outer-layer for colder morning walks.

This jacket looks great, wicks water away, and has a great front pocket that is easy to stash stuff in.

Very comfortable and the perfect thickness for fall. Protects you from light rain (haven't work it when it's pouring yet). Seems pretty wind proof. Huge pockets.

Love this anorak, runs a little large...returned for smaller size. Great for cooler weather...love the black, just ordered the aqua.

This was just what I need for hiking and walking during the fall in the northeast. The jacket is well constructed and roomy. I am a sewer, so I have a critical eye. It is comfortable to wear when I hike/walk on breezy and damp days. The jacket is well constructed

Perfect for rainy New England weather! Nice and light but roomy enough to wear over my sweatshirt. I love the hood - covers enough so my glasses don't get wet.

I love my bean jacket, it does everything it supposed to. The big pocket in the front is handy and when it's time to save space this jacket can do that.

I just love this anorak. It is light, has a perfect boxy fit and looks great. I think I will use this a lot! I ordered a size up (M) thinking I would have another shirt on under it most of the time. I think that was the right decision.

The stowaway pocket has come in handy a couple times: Fall weather can be chilly in the mornings and evenings but warm mid-day. The zippered front pocket provides security for items like keys and the other pockets are very nice in general but specifically for hand-warming. The hood stays out of the way when you don't need it but stays cinched in place when you do, thanks to the small leather pieces. The petite large is still a little long in my arms but that's not a terrible thing.

I love this anorak. It's a perfect layer over a t-shirt and the big front pocket is super handy. I'm kind of a shorty, but I ordered one size up (L) and it fits perfectly. Oh, and the hood is nice!

I weigh 150 and am 5'6". I ordered a large but exchanged it for a medium which is perfect. It is perfect for a cool day and looks really sharp with jeans or shorts for a walk. I wear it for golf and have plenty of room to swing my club. Cotton material Is soft enough to tie around my waist if weather warms. Love this jacket.

Even better than I'd hoped. Christmas gifts for my DIL'S for sure.

Classic. I leave it in my car for unexpected weather changes, which are frequent in New England.
