Although I haven't needed to wear this rain jacket, I believe I'll be pleased with the coat. Lightweight and waterproof.

I haven't worn this jacket yet because my area is in a severe drought. However, I have a black one I have worn for years. These jackets keep you dry. Excellent quality, long lasting and well made.

Nice jacket - protected all but the edges of my sleeves during an all-day hike in an Alaskan rainstorm. Used on many hikes with temperatures of 45-65 degrees F. Zippered pockets worked well and kept items dry. Slim cut so had to wear pack or other attached items outside of jacket.

This is a good looking, lightweight, rain jacket. It has plenty of pockets and, velcro on the cuffs so the sleeves don't hang past my wrists. Just what I needed.

The jacket arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. It seems well made and as I have ordered from L.L. Bean before it fit exactly as I expected it would. So far, I am very satisfied, but I have not had a chance to wear it in the rain, so I don't know how it will handle getting wet. I will have to see when it rains hard some time.

My first rain jacket of this type lasted about 12 years. Although showing its age, my grandson took it to keep in his boat. I wanted the same jacket again, but changed colors now. Great product.

I put this in my golf bag, where it takes up little room. I have pulled it out during rounds where it has rained pretty hard. It works very well and kept me dry. What more could I ask?

Everything I expected it to be ... reasonable price, water tight, deep pockets, attractive deep blue color as advertised. A treat bargain and looks as rugged as Bean makes them.

I'm a 5' 7", 115# woman and women's clothing never fits properly. The sleeves are always too short, and the torso is usually too wide. I can always count on a L. L. Bean's men's SMALL (which I ordered) to be the solution. I was not disappointed! I wanted a raincoat with pockets to replace/use with my perfectly good, less expensive, totally basic, *other brand* rain suit. I also wanted a brightly colored lightweight jacket/windbreaker for those higher altitude hikes, or as a layer over layers. I loved the chest pocket with the water tight zipper (easy phone access!). The torso and arm length were perfect, and almost too long... just the way I like them. The hood has an adjustable velcro on the back so I didn't have it falling in my eyes. I could have squished the jacket into the carry pocket, but I like to roll it from the bottom up and tuck it in the hood for a looser carry, but easier unwrap in a hurry. I wore it in a torrential downpour and never got wet. I wore it in a damp wind and it protected me as a windbreaker. I have worn it as a lightweight jacket. FIVE STARS for all of those experiences. Would I buy it again? Recommend it to a friend? Is it worth the money? Do I like it? YES for ALL ANSWERS! I'm very happy with my purchase!
