Well made and very comfortable anorak. Opening is large enough to slip over your head easily. Makes a great wind breaker. Love the colors.

I bought two of these as gifts. Both family members loved them. Awesome.

I bought the blue/gray combo in this jacket and it is so perfect. It is the perfect weight for fall days or chilly summer nights. I have the insulated one, too, and I wanted a similar jacket for layering for dog walks and paddling. I love the big pocket and I don't mind that it is a pullover. It is my go to for any outside activity that does not include snow. I wish it came in pretty plaids. But it is both cute and functional.

This new anorak fit nicely and will serve me well in the mild winters we have in Calabash, NC

bought this for my partner and he loves it! he oscillates between a large and XL. i went with the large Tall and it is perfect! super cute and functional, plus love that it packs in its own pocket

When my son moved to Denver, so did my old Anorak! LOL! The first one was with me when he was born!

This is my second anorak from Bean in this style. I mostly bought it for the colors; it'll go with everything. There's plenty of room for layering as the weather gets colder and big pockets to carry more stuff than you really need.

I love this anorak as an add'l part of my "cold" clothes. It fits easily over sweaters and provides light weight protection from the elements. Hood and along the bottom are cinched with a toggle and allows you to regulate heat.

True LL Bean quality of workmanship and material. The weather is not such that I've worn it outside yet. I tried it on and it fit perfectly and felt awesome. The colors are just as pictured and vivid. The description was perfect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. You won't be disappointed.

This jacket is a gem. I have a number of jackets but am so glad I ordered this Anorak. It's roomy, cool looking, wind blocking, hood toting, probably water repelling and I think my favorite thing from bean in a long time. Oh, and it was a deal (20%). The only thing to look out for is putting on and taking off you should have the zipper all the way down so the pull doesn't scratch your head. The jacket is roomy enough for a fleece layer if it's too cool out.

This is the fourth Anorak I have purchased from LL Bean.They are unlined and It works great over a light base layer, while not completely waterproof it will shed water very well and has a hood. It is very good against the wind. I use it when I go on work trips on the Appalachian Trail, other hikes or trips to town. It is well made with generous pockets. The lined anoraks are perfect in cold weather.

I needed a light weight jacket for late spring and early autumn here in the mid-atlantic. I thought this might be perfect, and it is.Fits fine and water resistant, just enough to take off the chill. It's also kind of funky. Oh, I like all of the pockets.

I'm always skeptical about ordering online due to sizing being different with certain brands. I've never heard of these guys before but with a jacket that looks this good I gave them a shot. Best choice EVER!! I couldn't be more pleased. If you enjoy high quality than this is the place for you.

Definitely recommend! The fit is perfect, it's light weight and good for when the weather is between 50-60 degrees.

Purchased this for my son and he loves it for sailing and hiking. Good-looking, hard-wearing and functional.

I first tried the reg XL, but sent back and reordered the reg XXL. I'm not that large a guy, but like room to move. And it gives me room to layer, as this is an all year-round garment. The colorblock version is not that bold, the colors are subdued and earthy. So don't be afraid to "go for it." I had one of these as a teenager, and now in my 50's... Classic is cool, and never goes out of style.

This jacket was perfect for the everyday light rain in Seattle, and has transitioned into the perfect layer for evening hikes and sea-side walks now that we live in LA. It's not water-proof, so doesn't have that cold feeling against your skin, and still blocks light rain - cozy. My husband even wore it when we went xc skiing, with a fleece underneath. He likes the unique color-blocking style, and finds the kangaroo pouch great for stashing phone/sunglasses/gloves/snack.

Have gotten a lot of compliments on this jacket. Was on backorder but worth the wait. I prefer this to the ones that are padded because I can still wear it inside without having to take it off (its a half zipper so you would have to remove it over your head). The storage on it is great and it layers well with other stuff. Fun combination of colors that aren't too loud.

I love these jackets. Just got my first one and it fits perfect,buying another now. These are the perfect in between when its wet out but not that cold.

I love the fit, the colors, the styling. It is perfect for damp weather, or when the temperature drops a bit put it over a sweatshirt. The pockets and large and secure. It's great.

Utility: This thing is the perfect every day jacket; wind resistant, yet BREATHABLE, rain resistant enough as is, better with a coat of Nikwax. Roo pocket is awesome, so is the useable zippered roo/packing pouch. Fit: I got the tall for sleeve length (monkey arms), and am happy with it. The hood stays on your head without the need to zip all the way up, even in a stiff breeze. Possibly overlooked, but as a guy that tends to run hot, it's much appreciated.
