This vest is not a quality item. I'm not proud to wear it in public. When unzipped, pockets bulge out and have a wrinkly appearance. Seams are not sewn well and flare out at the corners. I now understand why Bean put this item out as a sale item. Don't rebuy this one.

I just received my 3RD vest ! the first 2, had the exact same identical defect. The right front draw string along the bottom of the vest pulled completely out when adjusting. I am hesitant on my 3rd vest to use this adjustment . I have asked for someone from quality control to contact me and there appears to be no process for that. There is obvious a repetitive defect in the supply chain process used in the produ tion of this vest. I would not recommend to anyone due to the defect. This is my 3rd vest and LLBean has offered nothing for the hassle.

Had to send it back- a little too tight in the chest, but way too big in the waist. I had worn llbean jackets for years. But recently, most that I have ordered have been too large in the waist- and hence very baggy. I am giving up on llbean for jackets.

I have a difficult time finding vests that fit me. I like to wear them over a button up shirt or a long sleeve tee. This vest does advertise slightly fit, but it doesn't represent a XXL. Vests fall into an outerwear category and should be slightly larger than your normal fit. Not a satisfied customer.

So-o-o disappointed! Been wearing this vest for years and decided that it needed to be replaced with a new one. What happened to all the pockets? The old style had s zip pocket on the outside top left side for a phone, pockets on the inside of the best. None of those pockets are on this new vest. The fleece seems less substantial too. Returned it! Bring back the old vest please!!

Lost my old Forest Green vest this past summer. Asked for replacement this Christmas. So disappointed! Huge difference in weight. Old vest felt like outerwear. New vest feels like a light base layer. Already have a vest like this from a competitor at half the price. Want my old LLBean vest back!

Not as good as the last LL Bean fleece vest I previosly bought. Very thin not warm. I will be returning it! I have been buy LL Bean clothes for years and the new clothes are not as good quality!

Ad said "new and improved" or something like that. Outside pocket removed and inside pockets removed. No longer useful. Will not be back soon.
