Size was great. All around great shoe except it makes squeaky noises on floors!

One boot (right) was made improperly and the mold is too small. My right foot is ALWAYS the smaller one, and in this case I can hardly get the right one on. The left one fits perfectly.

One boot was way bigger than the other!! And it was my right foot which is definitely the smaller one....

Big price tag no arch support and wild sizing.

This style is so cute. These fit way too tight over the top of the foot. Very uncomfortable. Toe bed really small too. These were returned. I ordered Joan of Arctic Next Puffy, in hopes that they fit comfortably. Third time better be a charm.

Returned as white paint was chipped off all along the side of the sole.

The fit was fine but too stiff and heavy

I liked these boots but they were too tight across the instep. I do have a wide foot and can wear a medium most of the time.

I LOVED these boots and wanted to continue loving them, but after 4 days of wear they were starting to fall apart. First of all, they're pretty comfortable. I have wide feet with high arches, so I had to go up an entire size (but that's not unusual). They did stretch a bit, so I do wonder if I could have gotten away with just a half size larger versus the full size. I purchased these for a vacation in Iceland and they were perfect. I had some thinner merino wool socks on and my feet were warm and dry. I loved having the extra platform height for splashing about in melted snow and in higher snow drifts. Unfortunately on day 4 I noticed that the rubbery/plasticy trim was starting to come away from the leather at any point where the shoe would bend (balls of feet and arches). It was like this on both shoes. I did attach pictures but they don't do a good job of showing how bad it is. Fortunately Zappos is awesome and is letting me return them. I'm just really bummed because I REALLY loved these boots and thought I had found the perfect winter boot. Oh well. Maybe another time.
