I have a pair of high waisted Bridgette Skinny jeans that I absolutely love, but these are horrible. The waist actually is below the bellybutton, unlike my favorites that lands above the belly button. Also, the fabric feels really cheap and stiff, unlike the soft and smooth feeling of my others. Looking inside at the label, there isn't even any identifiable label saying these are actually Bridgette's, they just have a generic label saying "high waisted skinny". In the bottom part of the leg it's also baggy and has a puckered look to them. The color is also way darker than it looks in photo, more like a dark navy. And this has never happened beforeafter only wearing these for an hour, I had to remove them because they were so uncomfortable that they actually started to hurt my lower back. Something is just off with the sizing at Lucky unlike it used to be. What happened? My measurements are 32 25/26 35

I'm not sure how your employees would know how to find the correct inseam length on these jeans it's not labeled anywhere on the pants or tags? I only knew they were incorrect because the jeans were dragging on the ground (I'm 5'1) and the second pair I ordered fit correctly. I compared the two and these were at least two to three inches longer. The shipping took a LONG time, and your customer service never emailed me back. I'm very disappointed in this experience. For the price of your clothing, I expected better service.

Cheap quality denim. I don't like the texture it was also stiff

The jeans felt great, but wore only for a few hours and they literally grew in size. I realized they had sent me the wrong size . Sizing is off on these jeans, customer rep told me they sent correct size. They were going to mail me a free return and I never did receive it. Eating the cost to return and I won't be reordering again
