Purchased the Misty Wisteria Tasman and they arrived with a brown stain on it which either looked like tea or as if it was stained with makeup. Was informed that it would not have been shipped in that condition by online customer service. However, we didn't even take it out from the box because it was stained. Returned it to the store and even before the box was opened, the customer service representative informed me that many returns for this colour have come in and all of them stained in the same spots. She opened the box and it was the exact staining she had seen from other returns. A huge manufacturing defect and customer service should have been honest with me from the start. At Christmas I was sent one shoe in a box and informed that there should have been two. Had to throw it out as I couldn't even donate one shoe!

Bought them as a gift for my niece- She loved them except they were snug. The right size is out of stock She is so disappointed.

Something went wrong in the making. They don't fit like my black ones. Not sure why. Going to keep wearing, but truly disappointed. It's the heel part. It seems it was constructed too low. I ordered same size as I always order uggs. I'll keep, hopefully it just conforms to my feet.

i bought product after all the hype, but now i'm not so sure. I ordered in the correct size, but the back is so shallow my heel keeps slipping offso disappointing since they're so cute

These shoes feel so cheap compared to my older uggs. The material inside flattens out after a couple of times of wearing it and when you walk the heel slips up so it's not tight fitted. I wish they made these uggs like they use to.

I had a hard time ordering directly from UGG! First order was canceled. Placed a second order finally shipped arrived after Christmas and I come to find out item runs small

This was my first time to purchase UGGS. I did not realize how small they ran. I sized up one size but should have done 2. Now there are none in stock anywhere to replace a youth size 2.

The stitching was a different color and In the photo it was supposed to be white and grey

She loved the shoe. Too small. On a waiting list for a new size.

I love UGG, I've been buying UGGS for over 10 years and I can definitely tell the quality has declined. First off, I purchased the women's size tasmans in gray 4 years ago and they have held up nicely. I just recently purchased the kids sizes Tasman 11 and they do not have the same quality as the ones I purchased 4 years ago. The fur in the kids pair feels like it holds on to moisture more than my original pair. The kids pair makes my feet more sweaty and the fur feels as though it hasn't dried out from the sweaty feet. This is very odd because I normally don't have sweaty feet and have never had this issue with any other pairs of UGGs before. I do understand they are meant to keep your feet warm but the quality of fur feels cheap and reacts to sweaty feet very poorly. If I could return them I would. This makes me very sad as I've loved UGG for many years but like other comments have mentioned the quality is not the same.

They shoe is small, not true to size and I am having difficulty trying to figure out how to return them and get the next size up. I keep requesting the email to reset my account, but it never shows up in my email anywhere. and yes I have checked the junk mail.

These are a difficult slipper to buy online. I have small feet and still found these to be uncomfortably tight around the top of my foot. I had a pair years and years ago and they did the same thing but I figured i'd give them a second chance. Not a great idea in retrospect, they were so uncomfortable when I tried them on that I knew I had to return them because I would not wear them.

Bought these back in 2021 before they were consistently sold out, they fit great and were super cozy! The only thing was a massive (oil?) stain front and center on one of the shoes. I was pretty bummed out by that since I waited quite a while to get them, but I thought no big deal, I'll just exchange them since these came to me obviously not in the perfect condition that I paid for and expected. I got these on sale, which was amazing but after I had already sent them away to have them exchanged they informed me that because they had since sold out that I wouldn't get a new pair and was just refunded! I was pretty upset because I got these on a hood sale and I knew that they weren't going to go on sale while still having my size in stock in quite a while, two years later and that day still hasn't come if I had known that they weren't going to honour their exchange policy and process a return I definitely just would've kept them and made them my indoor shoes!! Loved them but I wouldn't buy them again simply because I feel that the customer service was just super disappointing.

I am still waiting to be notified of restock at the prices that was for this color ..

The shoe is very nice perfect color but it was to tight around my ankle. So I gave the shoes away. And I still keep buying from Ugg love the products.

These are super cute but i literally had to force my son's size 7.5 foot into a size 8 Tasman. Love em but not worth the hassle every time.

Not a good experience with purchasing an item. Told to many different stories.

Cheap quality nothing how UGG Australia was made

To big, and now when I try to order the correct size they are constantly sold out.... ridiculous & pitiful. If these weren't for my daughter I wouldn't even try to buy the correct size and color.

The quality of the sheep skin has gone way down in recent years, it doesn't feel real. The sole is also much less durable. Returned and bought from another company.

I ordered the exact same size and style that my daughter is currently wearing big kids size 6. The one I got says it's a 6 but it is too big for her. Did the sizes change? Very frustrating!

It hurts my soul to see how terribly water down Ugg has gotten. I've been a faithful custumer of the brand for over 20 years and comparing today's quality with what use to be Ugg australia is very disappointing. I purchased the Tasman II for my daughter less than a month ago and with 3 wears to school it's already dismantling. It literally looks like she's had them for years. The same exact thing happened with last year Ugg boots purchases but here I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER purchase from them again. I rather wait a little longer for my delivery and purchase directly from Australia!

These are just sitting because the size is not consistent with all other uggs. And customer service could care less about my questions and concerns.

For the price I thought they would at least be comfortable. Not cheap cardboard and plastic
