My daughter is very athletic and tough on shoes. Until this pair of Salomons, the only brand that stood up to the abuse was Keen. She needed a new pair of shoes for gym class and to run the local nature trails with her parents. These fit her well and she has a wider foot. Good craftsmanship. If the tread and the soles hold up as long as the Salomon Ultra Glides I wear, they will be our new go to sneaker for our active kiddo.

For one of my children it was a perfect fit, for the other the arch area was too narrow and he was standing on the side of the shoe instead of the sole. We kept one and returned one.

We'll designed toe and good shape, and, except for one thing, a good design. The flaw is that half the sole is made of molded foam and so it wears out way to fast. This picture is after less than one month of use. The teeth near the heel are completely gone already. Salomon is not alone in this crappy approach, so be sure check for all rubber soles. These were hugely disappointing.

We bought these shoes as a casual summer that would also work for outdoor hikes when necessary but were drawn to them as a lightweight casual summer shoe. My daughter loves them and wears them everyday. I came online at her request tonight hoping to find a black/white version for her to wear at school (no other shoe colors are allowed).

I got these for my kids but they run bout 1.5 sizes too large. From our experience, if your kid wears a 3 then order a 1.5.
Great lightweight running shoe. Laces are long enough to make it easy for the kids to tie.

I bought these for my daughter to run trails with me and they've been holding up great! She ran her first 17K trail race in them about a month ago and they performed great on rough terrain! Highly recommend!

Overall its a good quality product at a good price point. This is our second pair and my son likes them. Only complaint is to just make a regular tongue and better color choices.

Purchased for 10 year old granddaughter. They are light, and she says they are comfortable just for daily wear, but the tongue will drive you crazy. Really flimsy and difficult to stay in place when putting them on. While they lack in some materials quality I expect from Salomon, they also are not very expensive.

My son is rough on shoes and thought Salomon's would be tough like they are in my adult shoes. Didn't take long (a few weeks) for laces to break and holes develop.

I was really excited for these kids shoes - since it seemed like a mini version of my Outpulse which i LOVE - overall great shoe - EXCEPT - the mid section tread is based on the soft cell foam and wears off very quickly - it is a shame Salomon didnt run the rubber thread that they use in front and back all the way across

I purchased this pair for my 3rd grade daughter...she was so excited as she loved the look however they are falling apart after three weeks. There are holes on both shoes near the inside Ankle area, the front is coming apart on the right foot near the toe and one of the laces broke in half already.
