The toe of this shoe felt too roomy and sloppy. Too much room.

The mix of materials looked a little cheap in person.

I love the look, fit, and style but dislike the Terry tongue… it gets really dirty.

Great for cardio! So comfy!

ON Cloud 5 Terry are very eye pleasing however not as comfortable to wear, little snug in width.

I love On. No disrespect to this particular shoe. It's probably great for most people. I honestly believe it's my actual right foot that's the problem. However, near the tongue area it's rubbing and uncomfortable. I have to send them back. I will however purchase another pair on On. They make great sneakers for every feet. Even weird ones like mine.

They look good. Within a few weeks of wearing them ( a four mile walk each day) there were tears on the outside of ech shoe in the same spot near my little toe. Don't hold up very well.

The shoe was fairly comfortable but the shoes rubbed hard at my ankles. Tried another size but still rubbed. Also, arch support could’ve been better. Returned both pairs.

I wanted to love OC shoes...but, they hurt my feet. I have had a foot operation on my one foot and the padding was not good enough. I could feel the bumps of the uneven rubber under my foot. My foot hurt when wearing these. I put in a foot pad and that was still uncomfortable. It seems I have to stick to Hoka, where the padding is much better. I love the style of these shoes, but comfort comes first.

These shoes are super cute on but they felt weird from the mid foot moving forward to the toes. Very little cushioning and my toes began to hurt wearing them around the house. Returned.

style is not what anticipated

So flat and nothing like my othe ON pairs. So uncomfortable.

These are the most painful shoes I have ever worn. I wanted to love them because they are super cute.

Impossible to get on. Unable to loosen the "speed laces". My foot is consistent 11M on the narrow side. Should not have been an issue. Called ON customer service. Repeatedly disconnected. Shoes being returned.

Terrible! Such a let down after all of the hype. Super uncomfortable. I’ll be sticking to my Hokas.
