My daughter loved these cleats. She said they were very comfortable and fit well.

I never thought of turning to New Balance for cleats, but when my usual leather options were unavailable (Tiempos or Copa Mundials), I decided to give these a try. They hold up.

My son has wide-ish feet and cleats are notoriously too narrow for him. Its great that these come in a wide - for the first time there are zero complaints about fit!

I have been on the hunt for wide cleats since I adopted a more "barefoot" mantra with my footwear. I got the wide variety of this cleat, and I used a shoe stretcher to stretch out the leather upper even further. Got through the first weekend tournament without any blisters or toe discomfort (which I've experienced with every other cleat).

New balance is one of the only company's that realize some people need wide shoe sizes. That detail along with great $$, and quality product, that the only athletic shoe I'll buy.

Teenage daughter needed a wider cleat; her old cleats gave her blisters. Early reports from her are positive

Very nice leather cleat and the width is great....did find that it fits a little small. Returning for a half size larger. Hopefully they get back in stock soon as it looks like all the wides are sold out right now!

My daughter loves them she plays soccer for the high school ordered white very clean look and have preformed well will be getting new balance cleats for softball as well she has a wide foot and these fit great

They are very comfortable and ligthweight, has a very good traction and it fit perfect

Took a long time for these to be back in stock. The only cleats my son can wear that are comfortable. The red was not quite the red I thought it would be. Very neon like. Other than that. This cleat does well for us.

Bought this for my son - no complaints, which is the best you can get!

We ended up having to return. The shoe is still to narrow for my son.

My son has wide feet so he needs the width; however, the arch of the shoe was very high in comparison to his Adidas cleats and he said it was very uncomfortable. Called customer service to see if all cleats had same arch support hoping to possibly order a different wide style. Was put on hold and then disconnected after about 5 min. Tried contacting twice via live chat but feature didn't work properly. Got automated assistant both times but when tried to type in the message field to further communicate the issue, the message field would not allow me to type. Tried a second time thinking I had done something incorrectly the first time, only to have the same thing happen again. Got a request for a review of customer service. Gave bad review and detailed above complaint. Have not been contacted to follow up. Will likely be returning shoes and going with a different brand instead based in on bad customer service.

Shoes were fine (too small), I wanted to exchange them for another size but new balance doesn't do exchanges. I returned the item but then the new price to purchase a different size was $40.00 more. Dumb system.
