Not enough support. Too soft

The shoes have the comfort I’ve come to expect from ON, but the uppers are made from a strange, almost plastic-y material. Not sure how they will breathe in hot weather.

I'm a size 10 and these felt more like a 9. Too expensive to try again.

Look great, ended up getting blisters after only walking 2 miles. Will be returning. I tried both a half size up and down from my normal and they're still a bit too narrow in the inner heel section, wouldn't recommend based off comfort.

I have owned a lot of On shoes over the years. Some have a generous toe box and volume, some are true middle of the road, and some are low volume and narrow. The Cloudvista is definitely one of the low volume, narrow toe box shoes. As a result I had to return them, but they otherwise seemed like great shoes from On. Just be aware of the fit, if you like low volume/narrow fit you will love these.

Extremely disappointed, this is my third pair of On Cloud and by far the worst design yet. The toe box felt cramped. The foot bed is wonky. The sole felt like cheap plastic and didn't give much grip due to the hard nature of the material. Lip stick on a pig... The shoe looks good but no substance. I do not recommend.

This shoe felt like it had substandard sole support from Day 1 but because this was my 1st time wearing On Cloud, I thought it was something I'd just get used to as the shoe broke-in some. I was and am wrong. My feet are achy, tired and sore after wearing these shoes even for short durations of walking, especially the balls of my feet. Do not understand all the hype around this brand or I got a lemon of a pair.

Way to big, not comfortable. I walk approximately 20,000 step a day and my feet hurt so bad. Doesn’t happen with brooks.

They are just okay, too slippery on rubber floor for safe indoor activities.

Second pair we order. My husband is 9.5 in both casual and sneakers. Based in the reviews, I ordered a pair in size 10 and when l opened the box and l immediately thought they were women’s sneakers, but the box indicated Men. Returned. Then, l ordered a size 11 and they looked better however, when my husband walked wearing them, he said: “mmm not yet, l need a 11.5”. He didn’t experience any inconvenience with the width and he liked them but the sizing is totally odd. Still waiting for the 11.5

No clouds here! These were some of the least supportive shoes I have tried on yet. Definitely not for me, and certainly not at this price point.

shoe is poorly designed and made. the thin laces were shredded by the shoe itself (bad lace holes) within two months. On won’t even sell me replacement laces.

Fit and size was great. I’m really disappointed in the quality though. They look good for about a week. I’ve worn these only a few times and they are very worn and coming apart.

Fit, size and look are great. That said, I had to return the 1st pair due to continued squeaking when walking. The replacement pair I received did not initially squeak though now is beginning a few months after purchase (and not worn often). Pretty disappointed in this model!

Very poor quality. The last two shoe orders were not of the quality I have come to expect from oncloud shoes.

Ordered my usual size as I tend to buy running shoes 2-3 pairs at a time and use them as I need them. Ordered these in my usual size with another pair of On running shoes. Started with the other pair and they fit great. Wore them out and reached for these…they’re too small and too tight even though they’re my size. I’ve had them over a year now and have never worn them. So too late to return. That’s on me-I should have tried them on. Total waste of money. It’s strange that this partial On model runs small when every other pair I’ve ever had fit perfectly. Don’t understand why On made these so small.

RETURNED, NEVER PUT THEM ON. THE PIC IS MIS-LEADING. THIS NOT THE ON CLOUD NO TIE SHOES I OWN AND LOVE. THESE SHOES HAVE LACES THAT NEED TO BE TIED EACH TIME YOU SLIP THEM ON. THIS LOSES THE ADVANTAGE OF ON CLOUD SHOES.
