I have 3 pairs of these shoes in a size 9. This pair was much larger and had to send back.

Fit was nice, but there is zero arch support. I am very light, but still, soft foam "support" gets compressed flat as a pancake.

Super cute. Love the different materials and terry cloth tongue. I would not work out in these, more of a leisure shoe. I’ve gotten many compliments on these in just the 2 weeks I’ve owned them.

I love these shoes - sporty, comfortable all day, easy to take on and off. I bought these for my daily “casual wear”, not for working out. I gave 4 stars because the material is not that durable. There are a few small holes developing after a year of normal walking use. I would buy this shoe again.

These ran short for some reason. I have 3 other pairs that are much roomier lengthwise. Love the Brand.

I have a wide foot and the On running shoes work great for me. Love the fit and look. I have several pairs and every one has been true to size and very durable. You can even wash them which is helpful. Shoes came very quickly and I highly recommend them to people with average to wide feet.

love the design and fabric choices. this is a fashion shoe, not for exercise due to the Terry cloth and other materials in my opinion BUT this is what I purchased for. every day wear and comfort with some style.

quality shoe, but very narrow

Developed Plantar fasciitis over the course of 3 months wearing and running in this shoe. No arch support, now the 3rd pair of On Clouds I have tried and I guess I was mystified by the look and great marketing and the fact that everyone swears by them. Everyone is wrong. The wide soles catch small pebbles and rocks and other hard materials constantly. The lack of arch support has damaged my feet (not terribly but will take several weeks to fully recover) and they are absolute TRASH construction. The sole on these shoes started cracking after 6 weeks, like literally. The back heel on one of the shoes just cracked in half for no apparent reason. I will never buy another pair of on cloud shoes and advise anyone who cares about their foot health to do the same!

These were a gift for my husband. The On Cloud Terry is his favorite running shoe. He has other On shoes, but these are his favorite and he said most comfortable.

Gift for my husband, but this is both of our favorite shoe! So comfortable! We both have other On running shoes, but the Cloud 5 Terry is the most comfortable.

This is my second pair of the Terry. Love them as I do all of the On I’ve tried.

Very good looking shoes. Husband says it fits great and very comfortable right out of the box.

Nice shoes for working in my feet all day

The main problem with this shoe is the sole design, it picks up small rocks all the time, then they fall out in the house. Very aggravating.

I always order a half size up with in clouds. This Cloud5 Terry is much larger. I wear a 9 and it fits like a 10.

The color was not a true black. I ordered a size 11.5 based on the pair I had purchased in the past not from Zappos. They ran short. These we’re running a little bigger.

On Cloud's are comfortable and light but lack arch support and fall apart incredibly quickly. Probably the LEAST durable shoe brand I haver ever encountered. This is my third pair and I am officially giving up on On Cloud. I thought it was due to heavy use but after this pair's heel started cracking and falling apart for no reason and very little heavy use, I realized I was buying into a fad, not a good shoe company. Avoid On Cloud at all costs if you are a cost conscious consumer who cares about the environment as well - these are fast fashion running shoes that are made to fall apart after a few months.
