Comfortable shoe overall but very little heel support, I do not recommend it for long walks.

Fits true to size vs the Cloud 5 which requires a 1/2 size increase.

I have the OC Cloud 5's and had to get 1/2 size larger for a good fit. I ordered the Cloud Combo in the size of my Cloud 5's and they were a 1/2 size too big so I will return for my regular size

I truly love these shoes but they don’t hold up. Within a year the sides are splitting out. There are not worth the price. More like $60 would be about right

I tried the On Cloud X3 and found them to leave your foot feeling unsecured in the shoe - the shoe felt like it had a good fit, but the heel sloshed up and down while walking or running. I was hoping the Cloud 5 Combo would feel better, and it did, but only slightly. There was still a feeling of the foot moving up and down too much while walking or running. Additionally, on hard flat surfaces (specifically on the hardwood flooring in my home), you could feel each square section of the sole moving along the ground, making each step feel choppy and not smooth. I have to wonder if they would feel better to walk in once broken in more, but On does not provide any satisfaction guarantee if the shoes have any wear and tear from normal use and aren't in factory condition with original, packaging. Hard to gauge a $100-200 shoe if you can't even walk in it outside once to evaluate.

Shoe seemed stiffer that what I expected, additionally, I normally wear a size 12 and my foot came right up to the toe.

Really disppointed that fit was so different from my original On Cloud5. Excellent look tho'.

I ordered a men's size 9.5 and wear a women's 10 because my daughter warned me they run small. The conversion from women's 10 to men's is typically 8.5. The men's 9.5 is too short and narrow! The men's larger sizes are all sold out. Super disappointed in the sizing of these shoes!

I own 6 pairs on ON. One lace up and 5 cloud 5 slip on sneakers. Every pair is a size 8.5 and fit. These were ridiculously big. I’m certain mismatched in box. I don’t normally write reviews.

I love these shoes and have 9 pairs. When looking at your website, it is very hard to distinguish between "Men" and "Women" shoes until you actially initiate the process to purchase. Maybe I should be more attentive, but I think my suggesstion would help to reduce irritating returns!

Very comfortable shoe but made poorly with cheap material. Bottom tread portion has been slowly falling apart. Looking into customer service if they will consider this a defect or if its normal to break down.
