Customer Reviews On Cloud 5 Waterproof

I almost never write negative reviews. I really, really wanted to like these shoes. I needed waterproof shoes, and thought that the color looked great. In reality, they're closer to white, impossible to keep clean, super hot (yes, waterproof shoes are warm, but this was crazy), the amazing support they had in the beginning went away after just a few weeks, and they felt greasy to the touch. I know, weird, right? Zappo's customer service was, as always, amazing, and helped me get this resolved. I may go back for a pair of On Cloud shoes that are non-waterproof, but I just can't recommend these, especially considering the price.

The shoe was fine; however, the shoe was laced with regular shoe laces versus the laces that you don't have to tie and un-tie.

Looks good, fits terrible. These are very narrow. Fit aside there is nothing about these shoes that justifies the price point. The sole is mostly cheap foam with a thin layer of rubber on the bottom. The materials are what I would expect out of a low-end running shoe.

Exceptionally borrow fit. Even ordering a size larger didn’t fit.

The interior does not breathe, so it is hot, enough that I don't think I can recommend these shoes. I will talk with On about it and let you know what they say.

I own another pair of Cloud 5 - the waterproof version I bought was about3/4 of an inch shorter and 3/4 inch narrower.

These are some comfy shoes, but the workmanship is poor at best and their warranty is weaker still. As I searched the web I am not the only one having the same problem and if these were cars a recall would be happening. these are the loudest shoes I have ever experienced. A loud unnerving squeak with every step, wet, dry, or otherwise. I cant wear them as everyone turns and looks. ON denied my claim saying it's not part of their warranty and out of their control. 2 months old, worn maybe 30 times. Ridiculous.

I ordered my normal size 9 from OC , but it was far too big. I would need a 8 1/2 from this specific show, but you don’t have it on stock.

I have had these shoes for 6 months and the heel has become unattached. I love the shoes and the feel of them, but @ $170.... not a good deal after only 6 months of wearing them and not every day at that.

I have not received the shoes The item has not been received. The tracking order states that the shoes were delivered to a "safe place". Where is the safe place? Today is May 9, 2023, the package was supposed to have been delivered on Sunday May, 7, 2023. It has not been delivered. Can You assist in this matter?

The heels and sole wore through in 4 months. Used them for daily 3 mile dog walks - no way a $170 shoe should wear that fast. Disgraceful !! Going back to Hoka or New Balance - I get almost a year out of those.

These shoes were a disappointment. The waterproofing holds all the moisture in the shoe and eventually they get cold and wet on this inside of the sneaker. I should have just gotten the regular ones but loved the color.
