I am on my third pair of OCs. My biggest problem is the mesh toe breaks where my big toe meets the mesh. Today I put on iron-on patch on the inside of the shoe and I hope this helps. When I asked about the problem at Nordstrom the shoe person said it was a common complaint. I have a tender back and the shoes offer good comfort and I will probably by OCs again and again. I notice lots of people wearing them in Dallas and at the gym. I probably shouldn't but to clean them I toss them in the washing machine, dry them over night and I am good to go. If the sole was a bit stiffer it would be good, but I do like the shoes.

Great shoe! The problem is that it runs small. I'm about a 10.5-11. Sometimes an 11 can be too big. Unfortunately, with this pair it was just a tad bit small. My big toe was hitting the edge.

I like the design and comfort in the heel. I do find the cushioning in the heel and overall sole break down relatively quickly. This is my third pair.

I usually wear a size 6 but had to return and get a 6.5 which fits perfectly. I prefer more arch support but the insoles are removable so I just ordered a new insole. I'm on my feet all day and the shoes were comfortable.

I have two pair of these On Cloud 5 shoes that I can slip on for casual trips to the store or from the parking lot to my office building. They are not bulky and do the job but they are definitely narrow in the toe box. Have some comfort but this is not a shoe for athletic or workout activity, at least not for me. I bought the black and off white. They come in a bunch of cute colors but are somewhat limited in use.

Fit was true to size. Doesn’t feel like the support is what it was a few years ago. Not sure if they changed materials or design.

I am not your average sneaker person. I had some foot surgeries and have only worn Hokas for about four years. I needed something different. These are very cute. I had to size up because there isn’t a wide option and get an insole due to the lack of arch support. But, while they aren’t as comfy as my Hokas, I now have another option! They are very cute.

Very comfortable for daily walking. This is my third pair of these shoes (at least). My only complaints are that they don’t hold up well and they are difficult to keep clean/looking nice if you are wearing them regularly. Also, sticks and rocks can get stuck in the outsole due to the design. Aesthetically they are very attractive and colors options are nice. Previous pairs have gotten rips in the toe box where my big toe pokes up and that is happening to my current pair as well, see picture for what this looks like. Good for travel as they are slip on and quite light, easy to wear on a flight. I don’t wear them for running, preferring more cushy shoes for that purpose. I have difficult feet- high arches, ingrown toe nails, wide toe box, Achilles tendinitis—so grateful for anything I can wear comfortably. However, I do think they are expensive for shoes that don’t hold up terribly well and need to be replaced fairly often.

I really liked these, but the lacing made me return them. I couldn't get them snug enough without the elastics hanging out, or having to be tucked in. And I couldn't get the regular laces they came with through the holes. Very odd.

I liked the way they looked but they were way too tight. I normally wear 7.5 M but these felt like 7 N.

Perfect fit; this is the second pair of On Cloud 5 that I own. They are perfect to slip on with jeans, pants, a skirt, and even with a dress sometimes. I took away one start because they are not the best made shoe and don't have as much support as other On Cloud shoes. I would not wear these for working out and certainly not for running (not enough support). But for a casual sneaker, they are great. I bought the light oatmeal color instead of a bright white and they go with a lot of my clothes. I would like to get one more in black. They come with a second set of laces in case you don't want the slip-on style.

I typically wear size 10-11 and people said to order 1/2 size up, so I went with 11 (the color I wanted didn't come in 10.5 but I thought it would be fine). To my surprise they were big. I did get another pair (in a different color) in 10.5 which fit me about perfect.

Great lightweight 'sneaker', nimble for moving around, not tripping on stairs, curbs, etc. Comfortable without socks. The SPEED LACING is confusing, unless I am missing how to use it correctly?? I'm wearing the shoes with the speed lace as they came out of the box. It's good when I'm standing still, sitting down, but not walking. After ten steps the shoes are loose and I am wearing slippers. Not so good. I would love some direction - other than using the regular laces included in the box - as the big draw was Speed Lacing!! The Cloud 5 description on their website had no alternative method of setting up the speed lace to stay laced up. Thank you!

Very lightweight and easy to slide on with the elastic laces. Walking for miles in these is easy, though the tread often gets small rocks, etc lodged in the grooves. Stylish and comfy for casual wear, but I won't recommend them for running or serious excersize.

At first it was uncomfortable, with the arch cutting into my foot. It took about 10-14 days before I broke them in and then they became very comfortable and supportive. I work on my feet and it's hard to find good shoes that aren't clunky, but these were the best I've found. (The Hokas are huge and weird-looking, unfortunately.) I like the laces which are neat and don't need to be tied. The shoes held up well except that it wasn't long before the big toe cut through the top of the shoe, ending its life. Even though they fit, they were kind of on the small side, and that may be why it happened. I'm buying them again in a half size larger, and also buying a toe protector insert from Amazon. Let's see how it goes. It would be great if On Cloud could add that insert automatically in every shoe, especially given the price of the shoe.

Got these shoes for a trip to Ireland where I will be doing a lot of walking. I originally ordered my size (9) but they were too small so I had to size up to a 9.5 which fit great - so I would absolutely say these run small and to size up at least a half size when ordering. I have replaced the insoles with Superfeet as the ones included and pretty minimal. Jury is still out on how comfortable they will be for long days of walking as I have not worn them for long outings yet but I have the On Cloudmonsters for running and love them so hoping these deliver on the comfort as well even though they are lower profile. Hoping they hold up as well!

I normally wear a 9M but these are too loose and sloppy and they only get worse with time. I like the look of them so I kept them but I can’t really use them for exercise.

I have a slightly narrow foot and typically wear a size 8.5 in athletic & hiking shoes and trail runners. I bought these for slip-on casual wear (they were too loose on me for running, serious walking, hiking) in a size 8, and they did fine. Got about 7 months of wear before they developed a hole above my big toe. Disappointed but I’ll probably buy again because it’s hard for me to find a slip-on shoe that works.

In general, I like this shoe but it seemed heavier and "warmer" than the Cloudflows that I'm replacing. Also seems a little smaller but afraid that a half size up might be too big.
